Raven's POV
School... something someone despises so much. Why? I may not know. But... it seemed quite normal. A sunny day, beautiful weather, and the lovely animals chirping and making their own music. But did that make me happy? No. I remember being all happy as a child... but it all went away. I truly was happy to know that I had my real parents than that fake one. But it didn't last.
I closed my eyes, remembering what Mom said... what Mom said about her also being a monster... and how she always calmed me down. Dad was always close with me... but he was also the same towards my little sister: Iris. According to my memory... she was acting almost exactly how I did. Could she be suffering from the same thing as me?
"Are you okay?" I stopped in my tracks and turned around, seeing a brunet boy with somewhat emerald green eyes. His eyes looked around me... and my heart... beats fast. Why did this happen? "Hey... are you okay?" He repeats, walking closer to be with caution.
"M-Me?" I asked, looking around for someone else. "You're talking to me?"
He laughs softly, nodding his head. "Yeah, of course I'm talking to you."
"O-Oh..." I looked down, feeling completely embarrassed. "S-Sorry... I'm just... not used to people talking to me from out of the blue."
He reaches out, smiling a bit. "That's okay. I'm Eren. What's your name?"
"R-Raven..."
Eren smiles softly, walking closer towards me. "Well, Raven, you look like you're going to school. Um, Shina High School?"
"Y-Yeah... I assume you too?"
"Yep! Hey! Since I'm here and you're here, we can walk to school. My two other friends was gonna meet me up in another few blocks... do you mind if we walk? And, I'll introduce you to them. Might be nice to have a couple of friends here, right?"
"F-Friends?" I perked up, hearing my heartbeat echoing in my head.
He nods, "Yeah, friends. I noticed you around... but never really seen you here... seeing you ready for school... well, I thought you didn't have any. You're not really sociable... but, I want to help. If that totally okay with you."
"Y-Yeah, I'm okay with it..." I felt my cheeks warm up and I walked really close towards him. "I'm really okay with it..."
