We stayed in the water for a few hours, until I started to get hungry.
"Guys, I'm hungry!" I told them.
"Your dad said we should go eat at the restaurant." Mia said.
"Good, because I didn't have the money to go to another place." I said.
We both laughed.
"Come on guys!" I told them.
"Yes, I want to meet your dad!" Zach said excited.
"Oh gosh..." Jack murmured but I heard it.
Jack has been distant since Zach and I ran into the water and I don't know why. Did Mia tell him something? I have to talk to her.
I grabbed her arm and pulled her away from the boys.
"Hey! What was that for?" She grumbled.
"Did you tell Jack something?" I asked her.
"It depends..."
"What did you tell him?"
"May I have given him the understanding that you like him..."
"You what?!" I screamed whispering.
"Calm down, I didn't exactly say it. The boys started saying they were shipping you and Zach-"
I interrupted her and put on a disgusting face.
"Eww... Zach and I treat each other like siblings."
"I know, that's what I told them, but then I said that you liked someone and winked at Jack."
"I can't believe you did that."
"You're welcome."
"Ugh... He probably doesn't like me..." I said with a sad face.
"That's not what I saw. The expression of his face changed quite-"
"Are you going to stand there and gossip or can we go eat?!" Corbyn asked interrupting her.
"We're on our way." I said.
