Ugh, I'm so jealous! Why is Zach doing this, he knows I like Summer. I have to ask her out before he does.
After they go into the water, the boys start talking.
"I ship them." Corbyn said.
"Me too." Jonah agreed.
I started to get red with anger. But then...
"That's not going to happen." Mia said.
"Why not?" Corbyn asked.
"First, they treat themselves as siblings. Second, she likes someone else."
"Who?" Jonah asked curious.
"I can't say... But he better hurry."
And with this she winked at me. Am I the person that Summer likes? I have to make a move before she thinks I don't like her.
"Summer is a very fragile girl, she's been through a lot." She said.
"Her mother died when she was 6 years old."
"How do you know?" She asked me.
"She told me this morning."
"And she cried, right?"
I nodded.
"It's a difficult topic for her. When Zach took a picture where she was with her mother, she cried too."
"It must be horrible for her." Jonah said.
"Yup, especially with what happened last year..."
"What happened last year?" I asked.
"She..."
She failed to finish her sentence, because Summer and Zach interrupted her with screaming for us to go into the water.
