Summer and the boys organized me a birthday party and invite our families and friends.

I was talking to some people when I saw the most beautiful girl in my whole life walking through the door, I smiled and walked up to her.

"Hey Rose..." I said timidly.

"Zach! Happy birthday!"

She gave me a tight hug and I enjoyed the moment.

We pulled away and look into each other's eyes.

I opened my mouth, and I was about to tell her how I feel, when I suddenly heard Jonah talking through a microphone.

"Zach, can you come here, please?"

I dropped a sigh of frustration and walked up to him.

When I came to him, I heard a voice singing the happy birthday song, a voice so sweet and melodious.

I think I never heard anyone sing the happy birthday so well and then I saw Summer with a cake with candles lit in her hands.

Wait a minute, she's singing in front of so many people.

I looked at David who had tears in his eyes.

There was nothing beyond the melodious voice of Summer.

I didn't realize I was crying until she came up to me and cleaned my tears.

She gave me an embarrassed smile and put the cake up, so I can erase the candles.

"Happy Birthday Zach!"

I erased the candles, and everybody applauded.

I took the cake out of her hands and gave it to Jonah.

I looked at David one more time and he had a big smile on his face.

I gave a very tight hug to Summer.

"I don't believe it! You did it! You sing! This is the best gift you could have given me. Your voice is amazing! You need to show the world who Emma Michaels ' daughter is!"

"Emma Michaels?" Corbyn, Daniel and Jonah asked surprised.

"My mom..." She said timidly.

"Wow, my best friend is Emma Michaels ' daughter." Corbyn said.

We all laughed and went to eat cake, which was delicious, because, of course, it was Summer who did it.

What doesn't this girl know how to do?!

It's now, my chance. I don't have anyone bothering me anymore.

I walked to Rose and I took a deep breath.

"Hey Rose!"

"Oh, hey Zach!"

"Can I talk to you outside?" I asked her.

"Sure!"

We walked out of the house and then I turned to her. I grabbed her hands and looked her in the eyes.

"Rose, I really like you... Well, I'm in love with you and I didn't tell you before, because I was afraid to be rejected, but then Summer helped me gain courage to tell you how I feel about you..."

I didn't had time to finish the sentence because I felt Rose's soft lips on mine.

I felt butterflies on my stomach.

This is the best birthday ever.

She pulls away and put her forehead against mine.

"I'm in love with you too." She told me.

"Rose, will you be my girlfriend?"

"Of course, Zach!"

And with this we kiss again.
