I'm on the beach with my son, Leo, and my wife, Summer.
Me and Summer are teaching our son how to surf.
For a five-year-old boy, he's pretty good.
I think it's in his blood.
He loves to sing, dance, arcade games, skate and surf. Just like me and his mother.
Leo and I decided to go to the towel for a little, while Summer was surfing.
"Where did you and mommy meet?" Leo suddenly asked.
I looked at my wife and then to my son.
"Right here on this beach."
"Really?!"
"Yeah, she saved my life." I told him.
"What happened, to mommy had to save you?"
Leo is a really curious boy.
"Well, I was surfing with your uncles, but then I fell in the water and I don't know exactly what happened after that. What I do know is that when I opened my eyes, mommy was there like an angel."
"Daddy, that's so cliché!" He whined.
"First, I think you're spending a lot of time with Aunt Mia. Second, you're the one who asks." I said tickling him and he laughed.
"Haha! Stop, daddy! Haha!"
"Okay." I said giving up.
"I'll say one more cliché thing."
"Okay." He said rolling his eyes, just like his mom.
"She was The Surfer Girl, now, she's My Surfer Girl." I said pointing at Summer.
"That's enough, daddy! BYE!" He said running up to Summer and I laughed.
I love my family!

I saw my son running to me.
"Hey baby!"
"Hey mommy!" He said sitting on my surfboard.
"Can you sing for me? I love hearing you sing." He asked with puppy eyes.
"Of course, baby! Which one do you want?" I said stroking his face.
"The one that grandma wrote for you."
I smiled at him and started singing.
After a few seconds, he started singing with me and then I heard another voice.
I looked back and I saw my husband.
When we finished, Jack put his arm around my waist.
I looked at him and smiled.
"Thank you for changing my life and my mind about music." I told him.
"Thanks for making me a better person and let me love you."
"I love you!" I said putting my hand on his face.
"I love you too!"
We kissed.
"What's wrong with you today, daddy?! Why are you being so cliché?!" Leo grumbled and we laughed.
"You have to spend less time with Aunt Mia." I said messing his hair.
"That's what I told him." Jack said.
I kissed Leo's forehead and we went to eat ice cream.
