Chapter 19: Library Lectures

HMGDsChapter 19:

1 WEEK LATER

Jasper POV

I hadn't talk to Draco since our..uh argument. Alec talks to me a bit, but he mostly hangs out with Draco, lovely ain't it? Fred and George offered me to go to Hogsmede with them to try to sell the things we've made to Zonkos, but I declined. Honestly, I've spent most of my time with Theo. He's become like, my best friend. The rest of my time, I've spent studying like crazy. I know I'm only in fourth year, but I'm already working on my after-schooling career. I want to be a teacher here at Hogwarts, and someday earn the right to be headmistress.

Me and Nikki aren't able to talk much, since we're in different houses, but we manage somehow. Today's another day with Theo asking the same question he has been asking me for the past week.

"Just one date! Please?" Theo asked following me to the library.

"Can we just focus on our project?" I groaned as I started looking through shelves for our DADA project.

"But Jasper-" "we'll talk about it later. Now which creature do you think id be?" I ask him laughing a bit.

Our project we have to figure out which creature the other would be, research it, write about what the person does to seem like that creature, do a compare and contrast, and then write 8 inches on the creature we've chosen they'd be.

"Fine. And a veela." He laughed. "A veela? Why?" I ask. "Your already hot enough." He smirked flirtatiously. "Wow Theo. Not how to impress me. Now be serious. How I act and stuff." I laugh.

"Hmm...I don't know.what do you think I'd be?" He asked.

"A troll." I said a little too quickly. He glared playfully at me. "Take it back." He fake pouted. "Never!" I laughed, getting a "be quiet!" From the librarian.

"Be serious." He said. "Maybe...oh a dragon." I said smiling. "How?" He asked clearly confused.

"You seem fierce, and dangerous on the outside but your actually misunderstood and underestimated. Plus, there's something about dragons that pulls people in." I laughed and he agreed. How can you disagree to being called something as awesome as a dragon? (Unless the person meant it in a rude way of course.)

"Okay. Now me. What do you think?" I asked writing down stuff I already know about dragons.

"A veela." Theo nodded.

"Theo.."

"Let me tell you why. Your really pretty, beautiful, you can be kind, sweet, caring, and your fiery, when someone pisses you off you go all evil!" Theo said. I blushed when he called me beautiful.

"Alrighty then, we have our creatures. Now let's research!" I said and ran to a book shelf.

Theo ran too and bumped into me. "Hey!" I said pushing him back. "Geez, maybe I should say your a professor Snape monster; Always angry!" He joked.

"I am not! And if you haven't noticed, Snape likes me." I smiled. "Yeah because your a teachers pet." He rolled his eyes.

"Am not! It's because I can actually do the potions! And I'm in advanced so he has to see me more often!" I said sticking my tongue out at him.

"You two are childish gits." A cold voice said, I turned and saw Draco. He was leaning on the book shelf, his platinum blonde hair glowing in the light from the window. His steely eyes were looking at me and Theo in amusement. I had to remind myself that I was mad at him as my heart fluttered at the eye contact. Your mad at him remember? He's a jerk, remeber? But again I had to mentally slap myself so I didn't turn to a puddle of idiot on the floor.
