JACK entered Daniel's room for the first time with no invitation. "Hey Daniel, you busy?" He asked. Daniel shook his head with a polite smile.

Jack awkwardly took a seat at the foot of the bed. "We're going out to dinner today. Would you like to come?"

Daniel's heart stopped. He's never been out with all of them at the same time. They would for sure get recognized and Daniel didn't want that kind of attention on him.

"Uh... maybe it's better I just stay here." He mumbled. "What? No!" Jack quickly said. "We're celebrating the release of a new song. You have to be there!"

"I'm not part of the band... you really don't need me there. Plus... I don't want to create chaos by being seen with you guys." He just didn't want the fans to find out.

"Jonah already thought of that. We booked a really intimate restaurant." Jack cleared up. "I still don't know." Daniel seemed hesitant. Jack stood up, "be ready by seven."

Soon it became 6:30 pm and Daniel still couldn't figure out what to wear. The few times he's been out of the house- to the doctor and back- all he's worn were sweatpants. The thought that his clothes have stopped fitting him hadn't crossed his mind, until now.

He sat on the floor of his bedroom, surrounded by all of the clothes that he had tried on. Nothing fit properly. And to top it all off, he was going out with five fit boys that wore designer clothes.

Daniel felt the tears brim in his eyes as he looked down at his bump. He had gained weight and he hated how he looked. He cringed at the thought of him standing next to Jonah- who would probably be dressed in Gucci.

He didn't care. Daniel let the tears flow down his cheeks knowing it's best to let his feelings out. He's been feeling stressed lately. Out of place even.

"Daniel, are you done—" Jonah paused once he saw the state Daniel was in. "What's wrong?" He asked softly, taking a seat on the floor with him. Daniel shook his head, wiping the pathetic tears with the back of his hand.

"I'm fine." He lied, avoiding Jonah's eyes. "Don't lie to me." Jonah shook his head. "Now come on," he moved closer to Daniel and grabbed his two hands. "Tell me."

"Nothing fits!" Daniel burst out. "I got fat Jonah. I hate this." He cried, being unreasonable. "All of these precious tears over clothes?" Jonah tilted his head to the side.

Daniel looked up to meet his eyes, a confused look on his face. "I just— I don't want to look embarrassing.... when we go out, I mean." Daniel added. Jonah sighed.

"Why would I ever be embarrassed of you? Daniel you're carrying my child. That alone, is a reason for me to be so proud of you. Don't you ever think like that again."

Daniel felt his heart get overtaken by warmness. He loved how sweet Jonah was to him. "Now, come on. I'm taking you shopping."

Daniel scrunched his eyebrows. "But the dinner?" He wondered. "Screw that," Jonah stood up. "Nothing is more important than you and your comfort."
