WHEN baby talk time rolled around, Jonah made his way to Daniel's room like usual. He found Daniel in bed. His laptop was set nearby with a Netflix movie playing, and a tub of ice cream was rested on his bump.

"You look like you're having fun." Jonah teased. He made his way into the room with no invitation. "Actually, yes I am." Daniel sassed back. He loved being lazy and being pregnant gave him a reason.

"Can I have some of that?" Jonah hopped on the bed and yanked the spoon out of Daniel's hand. "Jonah don't-" he completely ignored him as he stuck a spoonful of ice cream in his mouth.

Daniel watched Jonah let out a moan of satisfaction with pure disgust. "That was in my mouth you know." He snapped. "So?" Jonah looked up at him, giving a smirk. "I don't mind."

Daniel gulped and dropped his gaze. "So what are we watching?" Jonah peered to try and sneak a look at Daniel's laptop, but the younger brunette slammed it shut.

"Ouuuu you've got things to hide huh?" Jonah smirked evilly. "What? No-" Daniel said defensively. "Then let me see." Jonah challenged. He reached over and placed his hand over Daniel's, which was on the laptop.

"Fine." Daniel rolled his eyes. Jonah internally celebrated and opened the laptop. As soon as he saw the familiar faces, he couldn't help but look over at Daniel with a devilish smirk.

"Fifty Shades of Grey? Really Daniel?" He teased. Daniel felt his cheeks heat up immensely. "What I-" he couldn't bring himself to admit it. Especially to Jonah.

"I get it." Jonah shut the laptop. "Pregnancy hormones, single, horny." He concluded. Daniel couldn't disagree with that. That was exactly it.

"Why don't you find someone to date?" Jonah asked. A part of his heart hoped that Daniel would get a hint. "Who the hell would date a pregnant teenager?" Daniel scoffed. I would, Jonah thought.

"Right, that was stupid. Sorry." Jonah mumbled. "Anyways, have you thought about telling your parents at least?" Jonah changed the topic to something more serious. But they needed to have that conversation, no matter how much they were dreading it.

"I'm.... I'm just scared. I can't just show up alone and say hey I'm pregnant." Daniel sighed. "I could go with you—if... if that helps." Jonah offered. "Really?" Daniel asked. "Really."

"But what about Zach?...." Daniel cringed. "They don't have to know. It's our child, mine and yours, he won't be involved a single bit." Jonah said. "So we shouldn't mention it?"

"Why would you complicate things even more? They'll be seeing me with you every Christmas, not Zach. We agreed that it's my baby girl." Jonah explained.

Daniel looked at him, letting their eyes meet. "Yours." He nodded. "Mine." Jonah smiled softly, placing his hand on Daniel's bump.

"So when should we go?" Daniel asked hesitantly. "Sooner than later. You might not be able to fly anymore soon." Jonah pointed out. "You're right."

"I'll sort everything out then." Jonah assured him. "Now, get some sleep." He stood up. "And stop watching that. I don't want my daughter to be exposed to such things." He pretended to lecture, making Daniel laugh.

I'm binge writing this book so hard rn just so I can have it done before summer vacation where I will most likely disappear.
