Chapter 17: Leaving Newcastle

We arrived home and on the driveway we say 2 bags sitting there all packed and ready to go somewhere. It also had a note attached to it saying “Dear Emma and Sarah, All of your clothes are backed in these bags. I have known about moving to London since yesterday morning. Just before we left from Sydney two of the boys from one direction came up and asked me if I wanted to move and I obviously agreed. I called Sarah’s parents the minute after I agreed and they thought it would be fun so they agreed also. Sarah’s house is already empty as she has sold it and everything inside of it that she couldn’t take to London and I did the same thing. The home removers will be there today. Anyway, have fun in Brisbane tonight and I will see you in London! Love Mum. Xx”

After reading the not Sarah and I screamed and jumped for joy whil Louis and Niall were just staring at us weirdly.

“I Think they are on drugs” Niall said looking at Louis.

“I think so” Louis responded.

After Sarah and I finally calmed down, we got a comfortable outfit out of our bags and quickly ran inside to chuck them on.

I wore a white see through bondi shirt with a green singlet underneath. I also wore my jean short shorts and my white canvas shoes. Sarah wore a red ¾ length with jean short shorts and a pair of dark grey thongs (flip flops)

We put our school uniforms in our bags to keep them as memories.

As we got back into the car where Niall and Louis were waiting, the removal truck turned up in the driveway.

“poor guys, they had to pack up your whole house and then do the same thing to mine and then drive all the way to the shops and unpack it all again!” I said to Sarah.

“They probably have no social life what so ever!” Sarah replied as she sat in the seat behind Louis who was driving.

“Yeah probably.” I replied as I sat in the seat behind Niall who was in the passenger seat next to Louis.

In the car we listened to our local radio station and chatted amongst each other to pass the 45 minute drive to the airport.

Once we arrived we got straight in through to our flight as we were a couple minutes late. We had to literally run to our flight so we didn’t miss it.

While we were lining up to show our passports I got a text from Emily.

“Turn around” the text read.

I turned around and I saw Emily and Sam standing behind me. I ran up and hugged them so tight that they probably couldn’t breath. Then I felt Sarah barge into us and hug us all even tighter.

“I’m going to miss you two so much!” I said pulling out of the hug.

“I know. Harry asked me to go but mum said no because it was too late notice.” Emily said.
