Six months later.....
Kol's pov
I chuckle as Davina waddles over to me with Charlie babbling away in her arms. She's 9 months pregnant now and she's due to give birth any day now, infact she's actually overdue by 3 days according to Bonnie anyway. We're both so excited for the baby to arrive as is Charlie. He can't wait to meet his baby brother or sister.
We're currently down in my siblings hometown as Klaus and Cami are getting married today. They're getting married in a little church with just friends and family present. My mother is coming to the wedding so it will be the first time I see her since she and father disowned me. Father isn't going to the wedding as he's too sick to go and he doesn't really care to go which doesn't surprise me as he's always resented Klaus.
The wedding is due to take place in an hour and I'm all ready to go but Davina's yet to get ready. Her pregnancy has made her a little slow but she still has a lot of energy in her. "Could you take Charlie for me while I get ready?" Davina asks "of course love. You don't even have to ask" I respond as I take Charlie from her "thank you. My back is killing me and I feel like my pelvis is about to snap. This baby keeps bouncing on it" she replies making me chuckle slightly "well it'll be all over when the baby arrives in a few days" I respond giving her a kiss on the cheek making her smile. "Thank you for being so supportive of me these last few months. I know my hormones have made me unbearable" she replies "darling, you haven't been unbearable. You're carrying our child and I love you so putting up with those little hormonal out bursts is completely worth it" I respond "you're so good to me, how did I get so lucky?" she asks "well you got lucky when you gave me a chance and opened your home to me" I respond she smiles and runs her hand through my hair. "I'll never regret doing that. It's the best descion I ever made" she replies "I'll never regret saving you" I respond as I kiss her on the forehead. She blushes and bites her lip "I better get dressed otherwise we're going to be late and Klaus will get mad if we're late" she says "yeah, I don't want that happening" I respond she gives me a kiss on the cheek before heading behind the dress screen to get dressed.
5 minutes later..
She emerges from behind the dress screen, wearing a pretty ivory/grey lace dress which accompanies her large baby bump, very well. Rebekah had designed it for her since she found it hard to feel comfortable in certain clothes. Davina has matched the dress with a pair of ivory/grey lace slip on shoes since her feet are swollen.

"Mama" Charlie says looking at her in awe "I know, mommy looks beautiful doesn't she?" I respond making Davina blush. "You really do look beautiful" I say sincerely "thank you" she replies walking over and leaning up on her tip toes and placing her lips against mine.
