//take your chance

Jung Wooyoung p.o.v.

"Hyung, I need to talk to someone."

"I'll pick you up. Where are you?", Hongjoong's voice echoed through the phone. "I'm at that one bar." "Wooyoung, could you be a bit more specific." "The one, where we once picked up those french girls."

"What's the matter?", he asked while pouring me glass water. We were in sitting on the sofa in the dorm he shared with Yunho, Seonghwa and some other friends of ours. "I don't know.", I answered truthfully while swirling the cup of water in my hand. Hongjoong's put a hand through his hair, sighing. "Hm...Well, how was the party yesterday?" When I didn't answer, he knew exactly. "Are you, perhaps, underfucked, Jung Wooyoung?" "Look, I thought so, too. That's why I went to the party yesterday, and like, this sounds so weird, I could have gotten some. But something was holding me back.", I sighed. "And that's why I went to the bar today. To try it again. But Hyung, I couldn't. I, Jung fucking Wooyoung, couldn't. And it scares me."

Hongjoong stood up and went to their alcohol shelf. He came back with two glasses and our favorite Chivas Regal. "Over the two days, did something happen? Did something bother you or I don't know, annoyed you?", he asked while pouring the drink. "Actually not." I paused for a second. "I did get annoyed though at the party but I don't think that that has something to do with why I'm not having been myself."

"We have the whole night. It's Saturday night so spill the guts, Woo.", Hongjoong said and we both took a sip from the beverage. "Well, the party was okay. It was around midnight and San had decided to leave 2 to 3 hours ago. The hostess, Joshua Hyung's little sister, had done a pretty good job but it was something missing. I was sitting on some couch and going throw my snapchat. San had posted something and I saw that he had gone to KiKu, a friend of ours, don't know if you remember her, in the library and they were studying or whatever. I saw KiKu had posted the same thing and got annoyed. I think I got annoyed at Wooyoung dumbing me for KiKu."

"Ah, the hot Byun KiKu from Biomed? Who wouldn't remember her...Yeah totally annoyed for him dumping you.", Hongjoong repeated with an undertone.

"What's that supposed to mean?", I looked at him and he shrugged his shoulders amusingly.

"Hyung...", I said while quickly finishing the glass. I poured myself another one before looking at Hongjoong again. "Of course I remember her. Nearly everyone is talking about her. And I can understand why. Especially other college girls after you and Yeosang posted those pictures with her. Everyone's eyes are on her."

"That's why she was avoiding us the rest of the week. She didn't want more people to talk about her...", I said more talking to myself but Hongjoong heard it.

"Well, seems like she doesn't like being talked about."

"Yeah, she always used to say she didn't want to be seen with me because of all the attention I got in school. I didn't know it bothered her that much. I just thought she was pulling some hard to get thingy."

"Hard to get? Why would you wanna get her?", Hongjoong hyung asked amused.

"W-what, no. I don't want to. That's just what i thought.", i stuttered and i was hating myself for not sounding as realistic as i should.

"Whatever makes you last longer.", he said smirking while taking a sip.

"Hyung..."

"Look, Wooyoung. Imma be honest. As far as i can tell, and don't try to deny it, is you're interested in that KiKu girl, just as everyone else. Doesn't matter if it's just a one-time-thingy or you're really interested in her. But that's the reason you hadn't had some good fuck. And just for your information, I'd act fast. The things I hear around the dorms... you don't wanna know. Eunhee is lucky she kinda has Jongho now. She's kinda unavailable now. So no stress for her anymore.", I was speechless. I just stared into Hongjoong's eyes.

"San is taking his chance. If you won't be quick, the boys around here will be. And don't think I wouldn't if I get the chance."

Hongjoong was right and if I thought back, I noticed how everyone was watching her lately. She seemed to be in the bathrooms more often, too. I needed another drink.

I had stayed the night at the dorms before going home Sunday. We had Monday and I was driving the motorcycle with Yeosang on my back. A sudden memory of Kiku's arms wrapped around my waist flashed through my mind but I was quick enough to shake them away. The first few lessons til lunchtime went pretty smoothly. During lunchtime, I sat on our usual large table right next to Hongjoong Hyung. We already had our lunch and started to dig in, when someone caught my eyes. With my chopsticks still in the air, my eyes followed her figure towards the cantine. She had straightened her raven-black hair and her jeans made her curves stand out perfectly. Eunhee was right next to her and they seemed to be in a deep conversation. Hongjoong wrapped his arm around my neck. "Now you tell me how should anyone hold back if she looks like that?" They walked over her and while they sat down they greeted everyone with their eyes. She smiled at me too but I noticed how her eyes were locked with someone else's a little too long for my liking. As she sat down she was holding eye contact with San. She was trying to hold a small mischievous smile but I noticed it and San, for whom the smile was meant, noticed too. I was way too curious for my liking and wanted to know what had happened. It seemed like her straight hair, her outfit, her smile... everything was done for a reason, Choi San. And it seemed like I was right. Fuck, Jung Wooyoung.

A/N

Two chapters in one day, whoho. I'm trying my best not to make it mainstream but i think...that isn't working out that much.
