Byun Kiku's p.o.v.

"...and don't forget to buy your tickets asap!", the voice of Hwang Minhye could be heard from the speakers throughout the university. I was sitting at a table on the campus, trying to catch berries while listening to the ending of Hwang Minhye's information speech. There was a Halloween party held soon at the campus and she was trying to make the sales go up. I threw another berry into the air and as I was about to catch it, someone caught it with their hand and smoothly sat down right next to me. Not bothering, I threw another one and this time, I caught it. Suddenly an arm got wrapped around my neck and pulled me towards them.

"You'll be going right?", Song Mingi's raspy voice asked me while squishing my head onto his chest. Since my answer was inaudible, said boy let go of me and now fixed my hair. "I said, I want to. Haven't bought tickets yet, though." "Me neither, so let's go get them together for everyone.", I nodded and he helped me to gather supplies together. My eyes drifted to his long hands and I couldn't help but stare in awe. Really, sexy hands were another level. I noticed he had a band ait on his wrist and asked him about it. "Happened during arm wrestling against Jongho, nothing serious.", he shrugged it off and I didn't ask any further. "By the way, we haven't done anything in a whole while. Wanna grab something after?", Mingi asked as we made our way to through the campus. "Exams made me busy, but since most of them are done for now, yeah why not.", Mingi's mobile phone was about to fall from his back pocket so I quickly reached out to put it back. He was startled until he realized what happened and thanked me. "Jongho and Eunhee are all lovey-dovey with each other and It sucks.", he sighed. "Poor Mingi, his best friend is getting it and he's left all alone." "Yes, poor me... I swear to god, I'm gonna get some at the party, uff." I chuckled at his remark and as we were in front of the ticket office now, we quickly got tickets for our four other friends. I fished my mobile phone out of my pocket and texted them that we got their tickets. "Have you talked to the others?", I looked up at him eyebrow-raising. "What you mean?" "Eunhee told us that you had been distancing yourselves because of the attention out friends group got but you wanted to stop. But small Kiku, sadly it doesn't seem like you have stopped distancing yourself.", Mingi let me know as we walked out, I was heading to the bus stop when Mingi got a grip on my wrist. "Well, KiKu-yah, I guess you even missed that I finally got my driver's license.", I felt bad and looked down as he led the way to the parking lot. "I actually meant what I said. I just had to study a lot and got busy." "Yeah, that explains definitely why you started to change your style and stopped eating in the cafeteria with us for the past weeks.", he grabbed my shoulders and looked me in the eyes. "Byun Kiku, what's really going on? Do you have a boyfriend? New friends?" "Nooo, It's nothing like that. I just don't want a repetition of my senior year." "Wanna talk about it?", I nodded and as we arrived at the parking lot, I sat down on the passenger seat and we drove off.

Jung Wooyoung's p.o.v.

"You know, you can always count on me.", Nayeon, an old pal of mine said while buttoning her shirt. "I know, thanks Na.", I watched her put on her slip and her skirt from my bed. She looked into the mirror and fixed her appearance as she spoke. "But Wooyoung, something needs to be done. That Kiku girl is probably hiding her burning desire for you, just go for it... When girls are drunk, they talk a lot.", she said winking before leaving my room. I sighed before slamming my head into my pillow. I was fucked and I'm not only meaning physically. And Yeosangs bed squeaking didn't help at all. I was tired of myself and since I couldn't sleep now with the noises coming from the other room, I picked up my clothes from the ground and quickly put them on. Taking my key, putting my shoes on, I slammed the door and left the flat. I took my motorcycle and drove off to wherever the afternoon would take me.

I soon stopped at a café and parked my cycle there. I looked at the menu outside of the cafe and as I saw that it wasn't too expensive, I went inside. I looked a bit around and went to the line. I decided to get some tea to calm my nerves and as I looked at the delicious cakes in the showcase, I choose the carrot one. I got my tablet and walked around the café, there was a more calmer place in the back of the cafe and I made my way there, when I heard an all to familiar laugh. I turned around and searched for the voice. There she was, sitting at a table with my friend. She looked cute in her mom jeans and black tube top. Her hair was open with a red bandana around them and she was showing her white teeth while laughing at something Song Mingi would have said. At that moment the two caught me and ordered me to them. "Wooyoung-ah! Come, sit next to us.", Kiku shouted and I smiled before joining them. "What you doing all alone?", Mingi asked as he took a sip from his drink. "Just had to get out of the house, what about you, guys?" "Realized that we haven't done anything in a whole while so now we're here!", KiKu exclaimed and a rushed feeling overcame me. She and I hadn't done something in a long, too... I muttered an 'interesting' before taking a bite of my cake. She started to talk about something with Mingi and I felt my phone vibrating. As I got my phone out, my eyes roomed over KiKu, I couldn't look away from her and it made me mad.
