About a month later, Emerys, Regina, Zelena and Ruby were sat in the lunch hall, eating and talking when Will Scarlet decided to make himself known.
"What's up girls?" He winked, leaning on a hand placed on the back of Ruby's chair.
"Fuck off, sex pest." Ruby rolled her eyes, looking down at her food.
"I'll take that as a compliment, gorgeous." Will smirked. "I'm having a party at mine tomorrow night, you beautiful lot are invited, of course."
"Not interested." Regina scowled.
"Aw c'mon, ladies. It'll be fun. Good music, good company, plenty of alcohol and maybe a little something else." He chuckled, putting his fingers to his lips as though he were smoking something.
"You and I have very different definitions of the word fun." Ruby scowled.
"And vastly different definitions of good music." Emerys added.
Will's face dropped, slightly disappointed. "Well how about I get a few songs from each of you and I'll add them to the playlist. Will you come then?"
The girls glanced at each other.
"Maybe." Emerys shrugged, taking a bite from her salad.
The others simply nodded their agreement.
"Great. Send me your songs on Facebook. I'll see you girls tomorrow." He winked once more before taking his leave.
"God, he's so desperate for a fuck, it's unreal." Regina rolled her eyes.
"I think somewhere under all that desperation could be someone worth getting to know." Emerys raised an eyebrow. "But how to get past the desperation is the question."
The girls chuckled, going back to their previous conversations when Emerys got a text.
'What did Mr Scarlet want? X'
She looked up and saw Killian on the other side of the food hall, watching over all the students.
'Stalker haha, he just wanted to know if we were all coming to his party tomorrow night. So we compromised and adjusted his party playlist x'
'Alright. Just do me a favour and stick with the girls. I don't want to have to pick you up at stupid o'clock in the morning because you've had your drink spiked or something. You know I worry about you x'
'Don't worry. *if* I have a drink, I won't take my eyes off it and yes, of course, I'll stick with the girls. Now get back to supervising, MR JONES x'
Emerys glanced up to see him smirking at her.

With Friday finished, Emerys laid on her bed, thinking of songs to send to Will. Half an hour later, she decided on a few Fleetwood Mac songs, a few songs by the Doors, Pink Floyd and Queen, then hit send.
'You're so old! But as you wish. I've added them xx' He replied.
'Fuck off Will. They're classics haha'
Killian's name popped up and her screen and she gave a smile, sliding the green circle.
"Hello, my love." She hummed.
"Hello, Kitten." He replied, a smile clear through his voice. "How was your day?"
"Oh, you know... First class sucked. Second glass upped its game a little bit. Lunch was weird though. My English lit teacher kept checking me out." Emerys smirked.
"Oh, well you'll have to give him a reason not to do it again then, won't you, love." Killian chuckled.
"Mm. Aye, aye, Captain." She giggled, moving to lie on her back. "So what are you up to?"
"Wondering if my incredibly stunning girlfriend would like to come over so I can cook for her."
"How could she ever say no to an offer like that?" She wondered aloud.
"I'll see you soon then, love." He smiled.
"See you soon."
Emerys hung up the phone and quickly grabbed her overnight bag, which nowadays, she always kept packed with a spare toothbrush, hairbrush and fresh clothes, and made her way towards the front door.
"I'm going out tonight. I'll be back Sunday afternoon." She told her mom, who was sat on the couch.
"Wait!" Jocelyn called.
Emerys closed her eyes in frustration, turning round to face her mother.
"Yes mom?"
"You're always out these days. Where is it you go?" Jocelyn walked over to her daughter, taking her hand.
"Just out with friends, mom." Emerys shrugged.
"Ruby and co?" Jocelyn raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah. And if I'm not there, I'm working at Granny's. Can I go now?" The girl sighed.
Jocelyn paused, but nodded, moving to kiss her daughter on the forehead.
"Have fun, sweetheart." She smiled.

As soon as Emerys walked through the door, she was overwhelmed with the smell of lasagne.
She walked into the kitchen to see Killian chopping salad.
"My God, that smells so good." She groaned.
Killian looked up and smiled.
"I'm glad you think so. It's one of my favourites." He said.
"It's one of mine too." She raised a playful eyebrow.
He chuckled, putting down his knife and walking over to her, cupping her face.
"I know, love." He whispered, moving in to kiss her.
"Ew, your hands are damp." She grimaced.
"That'll be the lettuce, kitten." He smirked, kissing her again.
Emerys spied a bottle of wine on the counter and placed her bag down by the table, going straight for it.
"Château Minuty Cȏtes de Provence." She read the label aloud.
"Saw it in the store and remembered you like rosé, so I picked it up." He said, continuing to cut the salad. "Plus, the woman in the store said it was sweet and I know you have a sweet tooth."
"Thank you very much." She smiled, moving over to the glass cupboard to grab two wine glasses.
"I also got what's in the fridge for later." Killian added.
Emerys raised her eyebrow, placing the glasses down by the wine bottle before going over to the fridge.
Inside, right in the centre on the middle shelf, stood a bottle of Honey Jack Daniels.
Emerys' eyes lit up.
"My favourite!" She beamed, quickly closing the fridge and jogging over to hug Killian tightly round his middle. "Thank you."
"You're most welcome, kitten." He mumbled, kissing her hair softly.

"My Christ, that was amazing..." Emerys breathed, patting her full stomach.
"I'm glad you enjoyed it." Killian chuckled, taking a sip of his wine. "What are your plans for tomorrow?"
"Well, I've got work at Granny's at midday and then I have that damn party." She scowled into the distance, dramatically.
"You sound like you don't want to go." Killian smiled.
"I do and I don't. I'd much rather come back here after work." She sighed, leaning back in her chair. "But I do kinda want to go because it'll be the first time that Ruby, Regina, Zelena and I have properly seen each other in a social situation outside of school."
Killian thought for a moment.
"That sounds like quite the predicament you have there, love." He said.
"I suppose I'll just have to come back here after the party." Emerys shrugged. "If you'll have me."
"Of course I will, Em. You're always welcome here."
