When Wallflower came to, she was still in the closet, still holding the rainbow-colored galuant tightly against her chest. Hearing nothing but silence, she opened the door. To her shock, she saw that the explosion had destroyed the house. Everywhere she looked, she saw nothing but ashes and rubble. The town was in ruins as well. Wallflower couldn't believe what she was seeing.

Suddenly, she was surrounded with purple magic and was getting lifted up. Looking down, she saw that it was Twilight; she and Sunset had escaped the battle. There they were now in their Friendship Power outfits, with Twilight using her telekinesis to lower Wallflower gently to the ground. "Are you alright?" she asked as Sunset placed the galuant in her bag.

"Sort of," Wallflower admitted. "I'm just happy that you're alright. What happened?"

"Everyone else was taken captive," Twilight replied. "Me and Sunset were the only ones to escape along with the Veggies. The explosion came from a bomb that one of the spirits placed in the cabinet."

"And you have to help us defeat the spirits and get the others back," Sunset said.

"What?! Me?!" Wallflower exclaimed. "Why me? Those spirits were right! They were right about everything about me! I'm worthless!"

She ranted on about the comments that she received and about how right they all were. "I'm just...hopeless," she finally finished as she looked at herself in the mirror, which had survived the explosion. "It's hopeless. I'm never gonna succeed. I've messed up too much all because of what I've done to you guys."

"Oh, Wallflower," Twilight said as she came over and gave Wallflower a comforting hug, Wallflower just leaning into the contact, sobbing softly. "There's no need for you to give up in a time like this."

"Twilight's right," Sunset agreed as she came behind them. "If you give up now because of your past mistakes, then what hope do the rest of us have at that point? With different skin tones, hair colors, or even nationality. No matter who you are, you need to fight, Wallflower. Show them that it's our differences that make us shine."

"Are you sure?" Wallflower asked as she wiped away her tears with a tissue Twilight gave her.

Sunset nodded. "I'm sure. Me and Twilight know what it's like. I used to not be trusted because I used to be a school bully. And Twilight here used to be an outcast because she was the smartest kid in school and wasn't used to making friends much back then."

"Sunset's right," Twilight added. "You still deserve a second chance, no matter what others think of you. There's still a purpose for you on this Earth."
