Go the whole day without social media. Did you know that social media is one of the leading causes for anxiety, depression, and even eating disorders? It isn't positively clear whether or not it is  bad for your mental health or not, but it has been proven among some teens to cause the 3 disorders listed above. Also it can just be refreshing to take a mental detox from social media. 

Be sure to record in a journal what it felt like without social media vs. when your on it :)
