Now that you have created a morning routine, create one for the evening to unwind from the stressful day. It can be anything from taking baths or reading a book in candle light. Whatever makes you feel calm, try it tonight!
Gratitude: Something you are grateful for at school/work (If we take time to be grateful for the little things that we don't like to do, then sometimes it makes it easier to go to that place. For example: I am grateful to go to school when others don't have the opportunity to go. From your teachers or your boss, find something about that place to be grateful for.)
