Uniqueness is you! Do something that makes you shine! For an hour, during the course of the week, find one thing you enjoy doing and practice it or just do it :) It can be art or music or boxing even, try it for an hour and only use your phone for music. There is always something we all excel at, but we put it aside because of our "busy" days. Take at least an hour from your day to do something you love and be mindful of how you feel doing it.
