The next few months were a breeze, Kayla was able to handle her powers more. The team grew closer, Tony even came to visit more. Sam and Kayla became the untrained psychologists for the team, any problems they had would pass through them. Sam and Kayla got closer than before, going on solo missions together. Sam, Steve and Kayla never gave up on finding Bucky and Ana.
Steve ran in one morning, yelling for everyone to come down stairs and meet. Sam and Kayla were woken up by FRIDAY, they got charged quickly and ran down the stairs to find a very tense Steve standing in the middle of the room. Wanda, Vision and Natasha ran down the stairs behind them. They stood in silence while they waited for Steve to say something.
"We found Crossbones."
