When I look to the stars
I see nothing but emptiness
Every season is winter
My soul is covered in snow
I'm waiting for my life
And I don't know when it will show
When I push for that job I can't find the right button
My life is locked behind a door
And I don't have a key to get in
When I watch the sun set
I wonder if it will be my last
Late night brings demons
And I've used all my swords in that fight
My life is playing hide and seek
But it's cheating and won't be found
I know it's gonna change
I'll find my life waiting for me
But this struggle that I'm in
Doesn't want me to win
How many today's must I have
Before I have a real tomorrow
How many skies must I sleep under
Until my heart becomes shallow
How many hopes do I have to lose
Before my life and destiny finds me
