The Big News ~ Part 2

No one asked for this but I'm gonna do it anyway 😂

Scenario: It's two weeks after the birth of Louis and Clementines baby, and thy keep waking them up at night.

Clementine was in a nice sleep, with a nice dream.
Why was there a baby crying in her dream?

She opened one eye, realising it was reality, and it was her baby girl waking her up again. She got up, careful not to wake Louis. She approached the makeshift crib, gently lifting the infant into her arms.

"Shhh... it's okay, I've got you..." she said quietly. She then felt a hand on her shoulder, turning around to see Louis.

"Clem, you've been up for the past 2 weeks with this, you need sleep. I'll put her back to sleep, but please get some rest." he said quietly. Clementine gently gave their baby to Louis and dragged her feet back to bed.

"You don't have to cry, daddy's got you..." Louis said quietly.

The crying calmed down almost instantly, he seemed to have a knack at quieting her down.

He got back into bed, wrapping an arm around Clementine.

"You know, she still doesn't have a name." Clem said, resting her head on his chest.

"I know, nothing seems right." Louis replied.

Clementine thought back to the important people in her life; Kenny, Luke, Rebecca, Christa, Javi...

Lee.

"What about... Leanna? Named after Lee..." Clem suggested.

"Leanna... it's perfect. I think we have a winner." Louis said.

"I love you, Louis. So much." Clem mumbled into his chest.

"I love you too." Louis mumbled.

They shut their eyes, getting closer to sleep until the baby started crying... again. Louis sighed before getting up.

"I got it."
