AT THE TOP OF DEADLAND

The night, accompanied by cold and violent rain, was falling in that cold and dark place, making it even more gloomy and scary.

There were other dangers to be faced in that sewer of hopes and broken dreams, but strangely Marilyn didn't care too much about the other disgusting creatures that harassed her in her escape, she thought that the worst was over.

Unfortunately, in that land and this life, victory should never be sung too soon, because the wickedness of the Snakes is always lurking, every moment could become fatal for the poor victims of their cruelty.

Now we will see an even more deadly enemy at work.

Marilyn, unaware of all this, continued her path for her salvation, without knowing that it was a long and arduous climb made of sharp stones and not very reassuring.

Any person would have surrendered, but Marilyn, now tired and desperate, no longer wanted to suffer and decided that if she wanted to save herself, she had to force herself and move on.

However, that climb was a well-designed trap to rub it again.

Despite this, Marilyn did not give herself up for climbing and did it as best she could. He almost reached the top, but he felt something that dragged her down.

Before it happened, and our story was interrupted because of the accidental death of our protagonist, an "angelic" help suddenly came to life and in a honeyed voice she said:

"Oh dear, what a shock I had, luckily that have I saved you, are you well?"

There is no need to reveal to whom this sweet and fake voice belonged, right?

Well, for those who want to know, this is another Snake, but even more and more ruthless than the others, even though he wore a mask that made him look handsome and very kind in the eyes of those who looked at him.

How can we not fall into the traps of this slimy and ruthless creature who looks so good and kind?

"Oh" - said the alleged creatures, "but you're all alone and sad. Like with me, I have a warm and peaceful place so come with me and tell me everything that happened to you."

Marilyn, despite all that she had seen in a cursed land, had learned nothing and surrendered to the "tender" words of her new knowledge.

After a little walk, they entered a cave between Dead Land and Mudland. It was lined up with strange wallpaper, but she was so tired and hurt that she didn't even suspect that a cozy place could be very suspicious and deadly dangerous.

"I'm really lucky" - said Marilyn.

"You don't know how many I've been through" - said to her new 'Angel'
