Riley grew up in an orphanage in Pensacola, Florida from the day she was born to the day she turned 18. When she turned 18, she knew she had to find her family but was having no luck what so ever. After a couple years of looking, she ended up in Forks, Washington where she ran into Bella Cullen and the family. As she continued to look for her family, she was developing powers she had no idea she had. She was a sea witch. She can relate by using water, shells and anything related to the waters.
After meeting Bella and the Cullens, she come to learn that the Cullens do not appreciate her being a witch. After she left Forks, she arrived in La Push where she was found to be very appreciated amongst the wolves.
