Before I Forget Your Love

Ch.12 I surrender

The day Scarlet was supposed to get back home , she decided to take a tour and shop a little.. she packed and left the suitcase next to the door and before she gets out she heard someone knocking on the door, It was Winn " Good Morning , You told me you're going home today so, let us invite you to breakfast if you don't mind .. Sandra told me to she wants to drink tea with you .. come on .. let's go"

Scarlet locked the door as she walked away with Winn .. " Oh ! Good morning .. I wish you enjoyed the party last night ! " Sandra said screaming in excitement.

" It was awesome , you guys know how to party .. " Scarlet said happily.

They had breakfast talking about casual stuff about their lives .. " So scarlet, Why did you choose to be a teacher .. I mean you could be anything " Sandra asked.

"It's about kids, I like teaching them not only the language but also everything I ever learned .. Like I want them to know every little thing.. " Scarlet explained.

" So , You got kids ? " Winn asked curiously. 

" mmm. No, I want to have kids .. maybe in the future .. I want to adopt a kid with the woman I fall in love with " Scarlet said before she sighed heavily but feeling proud . 

" How romantic .. I wish you find the one not only to feel loved but also to feel like you're able to love .. " Winn said holding Sandra's hand. 

" but a girl with a pure heart like yours may take care .. you're young and some people are dangerous and some won't value your true feelings.. but no matter what they think , hold on what you believe in , Don't give up on someone trusted you for anything ! " Sandra said. 

Scarlet felt like she had a family .. happy and comfortable are all what she felt .. " thank you for everything .. I must see you again . she drank her tea and hopped to go.

" We'll be in touch .. call me if you want anything .. okay !? " Winn said while walking Scarlet to the door. 

" Sure .. Goodbye ! " she kept smiling widely till she took her bags to the car .. and go to the small shops .. 

Before sunset .. she took the road heading home .. It was dark but she felt safe and powerful unlike what she felt the way back there.. She heard "Stars - TaTu" on the radio .. it was magical feeling the wind goes through her hair and dim lights glow far away .. and her driving by the sea.. 

It was 8:30 when Scarlet parked in front of Tiffany's shop hoping she finished work .. But when she entered she saw the tall man again .. sitting on a table drinking something .. he stared at her like an enemy and she barely knew his name .. all she knew is that he's Alex's father. 

She ignored his eyes .. to order coffee and sit far away from him . She felt exhausted but she couldn't go home without seeing Tiffany who showed up but busy working .. Till it's 9 when the tall man went to talk to her .. he looked back at Scarlet with hatred in his eyes which made Scarlet uncomfortable till she got up getting out feeling unwanted .. " Why does he look at me that way ? Maybe I was imagining and there's nothing wrong .. "Scarlet said to herself before she saw Tiffany's eyes follow her wherever she goes begging her not to go .. So, Scarlet waited in her car fighting sleep in her eyes till she fell asleep waiting..

Knock, Knock .. 

Scarlet woke up to the sound of knocking on the window .. It was Tiffany .. Scarlet got off the car immediately..Tiffany hugged her so tight " I missed you so much .. " 

" It was only 2 days . Tiff. "

" I used to have you around all the time though I don't see you everyday but the idea of you going far away scared me actually .. are you okay ?! " 

" I'm fine .. I wanted you to be with me the whole time but I knew you were busy working and handling important things " 

Tiffany knew what she meant .. Tiffany looked down and looked up in Scarlet's eyes like she's calling for help " Matt says that I won't be able to pay for everything Alex needs.. he visits me frequently .. I told him that I have work now and I'm not alone that I can raise Alex well .. since then he suspects everyone I talk to and wants them out of my life to get back to him when I'm lonely .. I'm afraid of what he might do .. and I'm sorry for what happened in there .. I was so happy to see you when I got out of the kitchen .. " 

Scarlet kissed Tiffany softly .. she thought a lot while Tiffany was talking and couldn't hold her feelings back .. Tiffany put her arms around Scarlet's waist pulling her closer .. It wasn't awkward at all .. It was like they knew each other for years.. 

" I don't know if you noticed before and I know we only met 2 months ago but Scarlet ,I'm so in love with you " Tiffany said looking in Scarlet's eyes deeply..

Scarlet felt warm inside ,, " It's the happiest day in my whole life and If you didn't know either , I used to see you at Waterlo's in your blue dress ,I was fascinated and I had a crush on you back then actually .. but after I knew you I don't have a crush on you any more .. I love you now ! " 

" That means you don't have to go away any more .. not without me, right ? ! " Tiffany said laughing.

" I thought I could rethink my feelings towards you but it wasn't just a crush.. I found myself talking about you to everyone I met there.. I couldn't stop thinking about you.. " 

" Young lady.. you'll have to tell me everything about it  but you look exhausted as hell .. I'll drive you home " Tiffany sat in the driver's seat in Scarlet's car and when they reached Scarlet's home .. Tiffany kissed her and deepened the kiss " Good night , Love ! "
