Before I Forget Your Love

Ch.1 Blurred Vision

Scarlet,

She was driving going nowhere replaying what happened over and over at the restaurant 30 minutes ago, she just broke up with her boyfriend cause he proposed to her..

Then everything got blurry when she felt super confused about wanting to marry Adam or not.

She didn't know what to feel anymore .. she was so happy to have someone by her side.. someone she could talk to about everything in her life but not as a husband..

She found out that she isn't "in love" with Adam and she felt huge pain that Adam is just a friend and she just broke her special person's heart when he saw " no" in her eyes .  She freaked out and ran out of the restaurant driving her Nissan not wanting to believe what she just felt.

tears found their way streaming down her face without her noticing .. forgetting about traffic jam .. asking herself a single question : " What's happening to me ? "

When Scarlett was in a relationship with Adam ..  She was 18 and she needed someone close. Having him around gave her a new family which helped her to graduate and be a successful teacher. Ignoring her love life because of her family issues .

Her mum never listened to her . Since Scarlett's dad passed away her mum doesn't talk much except about the basics .. even when Scarlett gets good grades or even writes a new song she used to keep happiness and sorrow inside her writings. and nobody knew about what she feels and who she secretly love and who she secretly break up  with. nobody in this house knows anything about Scarlett except her name.

She lives now with her mum because her sister got married and the other works in Tokyo.

She has no friends only co-workers at school..

Adam is 25 , he's a lawyer. He used to love Scarlett since he was 14 , They used to be friends till he "accidentally" kissed her when she cried remembering her dad ..She was a teenager then but because she had no friends she didn't know the difference between love and friendship.

Night-overs , cuddling and kissing were only to make him feel loved but she needed the comforting and caring look in his eyes .. She needed love but she wasn't sure if she can give it back.  

She checked her phone , He didn't call  .. She knew he wouldn't , she was the one who ran away.

She came home , throwing herself on her bed .. not knowing if she was tired , sad or shocked.. but she was sure of one thing ,,  the only way to escape all this pain is to sleep.

Since Scarlett was little , she used to run away and  hide in her room when she's scared. 

The alarm rang before she turns it off to remember that sh's taking this day off .. suddenly she remembered the reason why .. 

Once last night's memories came back through her mind she felt horrible not believing what happened. She broke Adam's heart , and by losing him she lost a big part of her life. not knowing what to do without his good mornings, shy heys .. without his love.

Thinking maybe time would make her love him truly seemed totally wrong .. she should've told him about her feelings but she didn't want to lose him either. 

Hours felt like years sitting in this dark room .. feeling like a prison cell right now. so , she decided to take a walk.
