"Masaya akong kasama ka sa photoshoot na ito Ash. Imbes na nerbyosin ako ay na e-excite  pa ako lalo."

Lumingon ako sa katabi kong upuan kung saan nakaupo si Hailey habang inaayusan din ng ilang stylist.

"Bakit ka naman nenerbyosin? You're a super model. You know how to handle the camera."

"Nope. Oo nga't masasabi nating super model ako. But I still am afraid to make mistakes. You know...I made some mistakes in the past that made someone leave...anyway. I'm done na! Imma just gonna wait for you outside ok?"

Nang tumayo siya sa pag kakaupo ay tumayo na rin ako.

"No, tapos naman na rin ako kaya sabay na tayo."

I held her hands at tama nga siya, her hands feels icy cold. Kinakabahan siya. I squeezed it a little to assure her that everything's gonna be all right.

Pagkalabas namin ng dressing room ay nag simula na ang photo shoot. We just modelled Dior's new designer collection bag. My eyes hurts with the continuous flashing of lights. Mabuti na lamang at well trained ang mga katulad ko na huwag pumikit sa mga nakakabulag na mga falsh ng camera.

And as the photographer cuts it out, the photoshoot ended

"Ash do you wanna grab some coffee? Same café?"

I smiled then nod. Wala din naman akong plano sa araw na ito kaya pumayag na ako sa paunlak ni Hailey.

"I see you like coffee? "

"Yeah. It makes me calm. You know, you can get addicted to something that may ruin us. Hahahaha! Cuz' too much coffee may ruin our health, that's what I mean."

Hindi na lamang ako nag salita pa at hinayaan ko na lamang ang mga tanong sa isip ko. No matter how much I wanted to know why she's being weird today ay hinayaan ko nalang. Besides, its not my business anyway.

Hanggang sa makarating kami sa café ay hindi na ulit naging ganoon ang sagot ni Hailey. I can see the sadness, but I don't question.

But when I had enough of her silence ay nag salita na ako.

"Hailey you seemed a bit off. May problema ba? "

Hailey sighed as if loosing all her capability to hide anymore.

"It's just that, Timothy's been off this past few days. Parang wala siyang buhay. I mean, yes he smiles and laugh whenever I talk to him pero pag nalingat lang ako saglit babalik na naman iyong seryoso niyang mukha. Hindi naman ako makapag tanong kung ok kang ba siya because he'll always say yes."

Isang malalim na buntong hininga na naman ang kumawala sa kanya. At ako nama'y di maiwasang mag-alala. Ayos lang kaya siya? May problema kaya siya? Kung ganun ano yun? Gusto kong malaman. Gusto ko siyang damayan.

I clutched my hands tightly on my thighs making sure to remind my self that that's not my role anymore. Hindi na ako ang gagawa nun. No matter how hard I wanted to be her, its just not me...

"I just wish sometimes he would open up to me Ash. Gusto ko siyang samahan sa mga laban niya. I wanted to be there for him, kaya lang...he keeps on pushing me away....No matter how hard I want to just give up on him I can't, kasi mahal ko siya eh. "

I restrained my self from tearing up kahit na sa loob loob ko ay masakit na.

"Ganun naman talaga diba Ash? If you love someone don't ever give him up..." , Then she smiled, a contented smile. ".... because at the end? The pain will be worth it."
