Rumples POV

We did nothing all day. It was perfect. We skipped breakfast and ordered lunch and dinner. She chose Indian for lunch and I chose Italian for dinner. We watched films, and did other stuff, amazing other stuff...

But now I have something important to do. Something that can't wait any longer.

I slipped out of bed and with a flick of my wrist I was dressed.

I so badly want to kiss her forehead but I know if I do, she'll wake up. She can't wake up.

Well, she won't if she's.... Holding my breath, I wave my fingers over her. She was frozen. Now I know she defiantly won't wake up. I feel awful about it, but what I'm about to do, needs to happen.

I walk downstairs and shut the front door, making sure I lock it so Belle is safe, and wondered down the lamp lit streets of Storybrooke.

Toward the Sheriffs Station.

Hiding myself behind a tree, i focus on the security camera and disable it within seconds and march forward, unlocking the double doors.

Making sure I was hidden from view I disable the security cameras in the main office.

Re-adjusting my posture, I stalk into the room.

"Ah...now this is a site, I could get used to..." I laugh cruelly.

Mila stood up, shocked.

"Rumplestiltskin?"

She backed away. She knows my intentions aren't good.

"Why didn't you die?" I asked, folding my fingers into each other, no expression on my face. Getting straight to the point, showing her the sharp tongued, calm but fierce Mr Gold exterior.

"You thought I'd be that careless," Mila hissed.

I turned my head, eyebrows raised, showing her that I still had the authority and power here. "You didn't answer my question," I try not to raise my voice.

Mila gulped and stared at me.

"I knew full well what would happen to Hook when you two were to meet once again, I knew that he would never survive. I also knew that if I were to make an appearance in a bid to save his life, I would die too, so, I took precautions," she folded her arms.

I shrugged,

"Like?" I said.

Mila took a deep breath, obviously not wanting to share anymore information with me.

"I met with a man who dealt with magic, he gave me a potion that would make sure neither of us died, and I put it in Hook's rum flask, only giving myself the dregs at the bottom. It would have been enough to save Hook but I didn't take enough..." She gulped.

"But you didn't die?"

"No, I didn't die, but was stored away into some Ruby shoes, alive, but not human," she replied.

"Why shoes?" I said coldly.

"I was turned into something that I could become human again from, and then a girl called Dorothy found me and well with a little help from her I was all set for a comeback, we knew Belle would find the book Dorothy planted, we knew she would be stupid enough to try it..." She growled.

"DONT speak about Belle like that," I jabbed a finger toward her.

"Now, who is this 'man' who gave you the potion?" I asked fiercely.

Mila smirked, which turned into a grin, which turned into a laugh.

"Ha, the spell worked then..." She smiled, stepping closer to the bars, suddenly now confident. "Who?" I raised my voice.

"Darling, you did."
