Rumples POV
"This is hopeless..." I lean against a tree for support. We're never going to find Dorothy.
"Lets just keep looking..." Henry, smiled.
This forest is too big for just the 3 of us to search.
"Golds right, we won't be able to find her," Emma sighed, putting her hands on her hips.
I stared up at the gloomy sky seeping through the tall trees of Storybrooke's forest.
I kicked the tree with my foot in frustration and lashed out at it with my hand.
We're never going to find her and Belle is never going to get out of that awful place!
"We should get back to the station," Emma said.
"And how's that going to help?" I ask, a little sarcasm in my voice.
Emma sighed again,
"Well we can look over the file again and I'll-"
"That's not going to achieve anything!" I yell.
Emma gulped at the sudden burst of anger.
"Come on Henry, let's go," she said, heading back from where we came.
"Emma-"
"Save it Gold," she said, not turning back.
"Don't worry Mr Gold, she won't give up on Belle," Henry said as he walked past.
Well done Rumplestiltskin. You've managed to annoy the only person who can help you in this god forsaken place.
Wait - I can smell, smoke?
I followed the scent to a little stream - to a camp.
I dodged behind a tree and peered round it.
There was a small wood fire burning in the middle, a makeshift bed under a little roof made from what looks like a sheet.
I look down to my feet. The ground is wet? The earth is to damp for a fire to start and - it's spitting with rain! It's been made with magic. Dorothy's magic.
But where, is she?
Suddenly my phone started to buzz.
"Yes?" I say, holding it to my ear.
"Henry spotted Dorothy," Emma's voice rang through the phone. No longer angry.
"Did you get her?"
"No, but-"
"Then she's on her way here..." I say to myself.
"To where?" Emma replied.
"I've found where Dorothy's staying, she'll be here soon, I'll wait and be here when she does," I say, thinking of what I was going to do when I see her.
"Gold-"
"What?" I'd nearly put the phone down.
"Don't do anything stupid yeh?"
That's exactly what Belle would say...
Without giving her an answer, I put the phone down.
Sorry Belle, but she has to pay for what she's done to you.

Belles POV
This room is too cold.
I stand up and go to the door.
"Hello?" I asked as politely as I could.
"Hello!" I said a little bit louder.
"Belle? What is it?" The woman nurse's face appeared throw the little hole in the door.
"Could I trouble you for a blanket?" I smile. Smiling is polite. Smiling gets things done.
"Be quiet," she growled.
"You have such a lovey face, shame you don't smile more - you know, you should smile more," she should.
"Another word from you and I'll get Dr Far - and you'll be sorry," she smirked.
I took a step back.
"No thank you," I gulp, before sitting back on the bed.
"That's what I thought," she said disappearing.
That didn't work.
I sink down onto the bed and put my hands over my face.
I need to get out of here. I'm loosing my mind...
Rumple needs to save me before I loose it completely.
I feel myself falling asleep. Or am I being injected with something?
The mans face lowered toward mine.
How did he get in here?
How long has he been here?
I wince as I felt something cold and sharp sliding out of my arm.
"That's better...." He soothed.
"Have I been sleeping?" I rasp.
"Yes, for a couple of hours now," he said.
But I just spoke to the nurse? Not even a minute ago?
I feel so dizzy, what's going on?
The man pulled up the covers off the bed a little and slid in.
"No....." I croak turning away.
"Don't fight me..." He whispered, wrapping his big arms around me.
I can't fight him. Or the injection.
............
Rumples POV
I sit on her 'bed' and await her arrival.
The sky grew dark and I made the fire bigger with my own magic and watched it roar in the darkness.
It wasn't long before I heard footsteps approaching.
Her face fell as soon as she saw me.
"Ah Dorothy, weren't expecting me? Were you dearie?" I smile.
She was silent. A defiant expression on her face.
"So, you've been a very busy girl since you came to Storybrooke - tell me, do you like it here?" I cock my head to one side.
She looked confused. Just as I want her to be.
"Not talking, fine fine...I'll do it, it's what I'm best at," I stand up and straighten out my jacket. Suddenly a fireball flew toward me.
I disarmed it with a wave straight away.
"Oh, you thought you'd catch me off guard?" I laugh.
Her eyes narrowed and she started to conjure up another one.
She threw it toward me and I ducked just in time. It's more than I could say for the tree behind me as it went up in flames.
Conjuring one myself, I aimed it at her, only to be met with another one, diving to the side.
I took aim at her, and threw one from the floor.
But she disabled it too.
"Dearie this is pointless," I laugh, out of breathe.
"We could go on like this for hours," I pant.
"I could, but I can't say the same for you old man!" She spat, sending another toward me, I rolled out of the way and sent one back.
Really I'm just playing with her. But old man - now she's crossed the line.
I point my finger at her and a bolt of lightening shoots directly at her.
She screams, flying backwards into a tree, hitting her head against it.
"Gold!" Emma ran into the camp.
Coughing from the smoke from all the trees we'd set alight.
She covered her mouth with her arm and ran toward Dorothy, the flames following her, about to devour the unconscious woman.
"Gold help me!" She shouted, trying to drag Dorothy away from the fire.
"Put it out!" She coughed.
"That's Dorothy!" I yell, now covering my own nose and mouth from the smoke.
The smoke is getting thicker and the fire is growing rapidly.
I can't save her, after everything she's done.
"Gold.... out.....put ......it out!" Emma was choking.
"You know I can't," I say walking over to Emma, dragging her away from the fire.
My arm was against her chest, stopping her from retrieving Dorothy.
"Gold!" Emma screamed.
She turned around to me, her eyes full of tears from the smoke.
"You can't let her die," she rasped, coughing again.
Belle wouldn't want me to kill her.
Belle would never forgive me.
With a flick of my wrist I used my hand to put all of the fire out. A thick layer of smoke now falling.
I started to cough.
"We need to get out of here," I cough, taking Emma's arm.
"Not without her," she said, pulling me toward Dorothy.
Together, we dragged her out.
I can't see anything. There's too much smoke. I tried to clear it with magic but it was too thick. Much too thick.
Slowly, we were able to drag her to the edge of the forest, only to be greeted by a rabble of people.
"Emma! Gold?" People's voice turned from happiness to confusion as they saw Emma and then me.
I heard whispers of,
"Did he save someone?"
"Did he really put out the fire?"
I dropped Dorothy's legs and stood up.
Wiping my face with my sleeve. A black layer of smudge was smeared onto my blazer. Great.
I looked at Emma. Her face was flushed red with work and there was black all over her face to. Much like mine felt right now.
Suddenly, an applause started to ripple through the small crowd.
I look at Emma, and she smiled.
Sighing, I turned to leave.
Emma saves the day again...
"Uh gold?" Emma said from behind me.
I turned around and gave a "yes?" face.
"They're clapping for you too," she smiled.
I looked at them. Their faces beaming at me.
I guess they are.
I couldnt help but smile slightly as Emma came toward me and put her hand on my shoulder.
"You did the right thing," she said.
"I know..." I sighed, still a little disappointed Dorothy is still breathing.
"I'm gonna take Dorothy to the hospital and then take her in for questioning, she won't get off lightly Gold, I promise," she said, before walking back off to the crowd.
I should be happy right now. But I'm not. Belles not here....
I sigh and make my way home.
I limp a little as I think the dive I made has triggered and old injury...
Keep your head up Gold, I think as I straighten my tarnished tie and brush some soot off my ripped trousers.
We got her now Belle.

Belles POV
"Goodbye beautiful, seeya later..."
I kept my eyes firmly shut as he leant over to kiss my forehead.
I lingered a little, hoping I would wake up. No, I'm not going to give him the satisfaction. I stayed as still as i could and kept my breathing constant and he gave up, sighing as he left the room.
I opened my eyes and stared up at the ceiling. What happened last night...
Was it the night? Or was it morning? I have no concept of time here.
I wonder how many days I've been here...how many hours...how many minutes...
Rolling over i lay and stare at the wall.
I lay my hand under the pillow and something smooth met my hand.
A key card.
