Milosh's parents were finally able to notice his fear. They sent him to therapy sessions to talk about his murdered brother. Summer was finally able to love again, thanks to Milosh. Eventually, they found each other again. Not wanting to loose her again, Milosh proposed, Summer said yes.
Finn moved on with his life, he became a counselor. He tried his best to make sure something like what happened to Beatrice would never happen again. He kept in touch with Tanner, they were still good friends and Tanner was able to get out of the facility and live happily with Bre.
Alpha tried his hardest to keep his siblings together, but the inevitable happened anyway. They were taken from him and there was nothing he could do. Alpha's greatest fear had come true, he became depressed and didn't take care of himself. Everything life had put him through finally made him crumble to his knees.
