Caleb's POV

It's 7:00 in the morning only and I'm ready and off to work. This is a new day to start with.

I only picked up my car keys and my mobile phone at dumiretso na sa front door. Sakto naman na bubuksan ko na ang pinto nung tumunog ang doorbell.

Maybe it was just my daily news paper. Lately I've been reading a lot of news.

Sometimes I miss my modeling career, but being a chef and a business man made me feel like I am more responsible to be Sidney's husband.

I can't wait to marry that girl and to settle my life with her. Malaki na din ang naipon ko and this was the very first time na sinubukan kong mag save ng money.

My honey really thought me well.

I opened the door and to my surprise it's not the newspaper boy.

"What are you doing here?" dumiretso ako pabalik sa living area as a sign na pinapatuloy ko siya.

"C'mon hijo, Masama na bang dalawin ang baby boy ko?" Umupo siya sa sofa at nag mamasid sa palagid. This is her first time in my condo.

Okay, I have a perfect family before. Magalang at mataas ang respeto ko sa kanila. I love spending time with them.

Until things changed,

Naging busy sila at puro negosyo na lang ang inaatupag kesa sa nag iisang anak nila. When they realized that I can live independently, pinabayaan na nila ko. And what really made me hate them more is when they forced me to take a business course in Harvard.

I sighed heavily. Masyado na kong nagiging bastos. Sidney is right, magulang ko pa din sila.

"Sorry.. I'm just in a hurry." I crossed my arms and leaned at my bar counter.

Bakit ba kasi naging solong anak lang ako? Edi sana may ibang obligadong umupo sa position ni Dad. Nahuhulaan ko na kung bakit umuwi sila basta basta at walang pasabi.

My mother stood up and slowly held my shoulder.

"Please go home Caleb. The house is really empty without you. And besides we can have enough time to be together pag nasa bahay ka."

Namiss ko ang pag lalambing ni Mom sakin. It's quite a long time. Himala yata na nag karoon sila ng pakielam sakin ngayon.

"Mom, What do you want? Just get it straight to the point." Naiinis kong tugon. I knew them very well, hindi yan mag lalambing kung walang kailangan at hindi ako pauuwiin ng walang dahilan.

Dumiretso ito sa hilera ng mga alak at kumuha ng wine glass. She drinks a lot of red wine compared before. Ang laki na talaga ng pag babago.

I only shook my head in disbelief.

"The company is in critical condition." She can't hide the sadness and bitterness from her voice.

Then she sipped in her glass of Jim Barry, Lodge Hill Shiraz.

My eyes grew wide and I immediately faced my mother. Ganun ba ko ka insensitive na ultimo pinag hihirapan ng mga magulang ko ay wala akong balita o alam?
