Chapter 14

* Jeff's POV * 

I was talking to Jay about certain topics we could possibly talk about for our podcast. I was also telling him about Aspyn and how I was interested in her. I'm at Scott and Todd's performance waiting for them to come on. I think that's the first time I've actually said that I like her. I haven't really told anyone besides Jay and Todd. When I first saw her, I knew that I really wanted to get to know her and get close.

I take a sip of my beer and turn to my right and I see Aspyn. My jaw immediately at the sight of her. Her outfit tightly hugs her curves and shows off her skin. Her hair falls perfectly past her shoulders. I can easily see the perfect outline of her chest. I check her out and I was interrupted by her talking to me.

" Why don't you take a picture, babe? " She tells me. This girl is seriously killing me. I cough and I start to introduce her Jay to distract myself. 

" You look good, babe " I smirk. 

" I can say the same to you. You wanna take a picture? " She sarcastically says. She really wants to repeat what I told her this morning. 

" Whatever," I say as I'm trying to not give her a huge grin.

As she starts to walk away, I  checked her out again but she turns back and sees me staring. She gives me a wink and a wave. God, this woman will be the death of me. 

" So 'babe' huh? Are you dating already? " Jay smirks.

" Dude, I wish. We just flirt around with each other as a joke, " I explain to him.

"Mmmmmhmm," he hums, " She's pretty hot. So you wouldn't mind if I get with her then?" He smirks. I give him a death stare. He brings his hands up in defense and laughs. 

" Oooh, being the jealous boyfriend already Jeff?  You're right on track " 

" Dude, shut up, " I jokingly shove him and he laughs. I look back at Aspyn and she's on the dance floor with Natalie dancing their butts off.

After a while, I see that Aspyn is done dancing and she's sitting with Natalie sipping on their drinks. 

I walk up to her table, " Hey mama. " She looks to me, " Hi babe. " 

Natalie looks at us back and forth and seems confused about the nickname calling. 

" I'm gonna go anddddd get a new drink, " Natalie slides off the chair and walks away. 

" I saw that you tried to dance, " I tease her. 

She puts her hand on her chest and drops her jaw as a way to tell me she's offended,     "Excuseeee me? I am a professional. Thank you very much!

" I gotta say, you did look very sexy dancing. Did I tell you that you look hot right now?" I smirk as her scan her up and down. 

" I don't recall you telling me. Will you do me a favor and say it again please?" She says as she puts her elbows on the table and leans toward me. 

I pull her chair closer to me so that I can lean in closer. She squeals from the sudden movement. 

" Baby..." I drag out, " You .. look.. hot. " I whisper in her left ear as I push her hair behind her right ear. She grabs a hold of my forearm and caresses it. 

" Oh babe, the things you do to me. " She whispers back into my ear. 

This was such a big jump from how we were this morning. I did not expect this flirting to be so sexual. I'm not complaining though. 

She puts her hand on my thigh as I wrap my arm around her shoulder. I don't know if it's the alcohol that's making me be brave to do these things, but I continue. 

I kiss her head, then I slowly kiss her temple, behind her ear, the nape of the neck, and her cheek. I tease her by getting closer to her lips. She leans her head into mine to say she's enjoying it. 

" Let me kiss you," I whisper into her ear. She shakes her head so I decide not to take in any further. She cuddles her head onto my shoulder and I lean my head on top of hers. We simply just look into the crowd and wait until Scott and Todd comes on. She finally looks up to me and I look back to her. She looks at me for a few minutes and finally leans in. I start to lean in also and I start to reach her lips. 

"HEY GUYS!!! " Todd and Scott are finally out to perform. We pull away and just recover from what was about to happen.

" Uhm, I'm going to go find Natalie," She says as she stands up and I watch her walk up to Natalie and pulls her into the crowd.

 " Thank you for waiting but we're ready now! We hope you're enjoying your night! " Scotts says into the mic.

As they disappear into the crowd, I breathe out a deep sigh. I run my fingers through my hair and take a gulp of my drink. 

" Dude, did I just see what I think I saw? " Jay walks up to me as he pats my shoulder. 

" What'd you see? " I ask him.

" Y'all were literally cuddling up with each other and I turn back to check on you and I see that you guys were about to kiss!! What happened?" he exclaims. 

" We were, man. But then Scott and Todd come out so we didn't end up doing it. " I shake my head. I don't know what happened. That escalated really quickly. We went from hiking and talking about life stories to hardcore flirting and now kissing. I'm gonna talk to her about it but not right now. I'm just gonna party and have fun for the rest of the night. I noticed that David had his camera out the whole time we were here and we weren't even far away from our group. 

Crap...

Did David just film us?
