"Babe? Where's my blue dress shirt?" Ethan calls from upstairs. I quickly leave my cup of coffee on the table and head upstairs.
Ethan and I started dating after that day he came up to me in class and asked to study together. After that we went on dates and eventually after a year of dating he moved in with me in my mother's home.
He said that would help him save up for a ring in the future because he wasn't staying at the dorms anymore. This was my first actual relationship.
Harry and I haven't really been in touch as much, he texts me from time to time but he never really texts back.
Who knew having such a famous friend would be this difficult.
Who am I kidding, he's probably already married. It has been two years since he got engaged. How jealous am I.
I find the dress shirt in the closet and feel a lump on it making me reach into the pocket to find a box, when I open it there's a shiny ring on it making me gasp.
"Kate," I turn to see Ethan kneeled on one knee making my eyes water. "Will you marry me?" Without much thought, I press my lips to his and nod.
"Oh my god," I wipe at my tears as he puts the ring on my finger. "I love you so much."
"I love you more babe." He chuckles. "Now I got to get to work." He says while putting on his shirt. "I'll see you when I get back."
