Many have a fear of the dark
but I cease to agree
For I am most alive in the night
my soul is set free
As the stars shine throughout the sky
dancing, dancing for them to see
To see the comet in me
the fire the I have inside of me
Able to light up a whole city
late-night car rides
Music blasting
it lights up my soul
Yes the night was meant for me
I've been held captive by its beauty
diversity and harmony
I've seen the darkest of trenches
and I stand not afraid
because here at 12 o'clock
I'll let my raw emotions show
