Getting ready for another day of work, you and Mana scurried into the tombs. She worked on uncovering your tomb while you worked on the Pharaoh's. You couldn't help but chuckle. You died once and here you were again. As much as the thought entertained you, it was a bit strange. Your corpse was nowhere to be found. What happened to it? You shook your head softly. Whatever it was, you would have to figure it out later.

Pulling out your supplies and equipment, a well-known presence blew over you,

"You have uncovered your memories, haven't you my love?"

You turned in the direction of the voice. You enjoyed the sound of the pharaoh's attractive tone,

"Yes my king, I just need to finish solving your puzzle"

You spoke so eloquently, you were surprised with yourself. Silently thinking, you realized it was because of your memories. Your way of speaking from the past was coming back. It was all due to a certain memory that he was your pharaoh, and he still was. To you at least.

Scanning the walls in front of you, you couldn't help but grin,

"My pharaoh, were you trying to explain your life story on here?"

"Yes. I wanted everyone to know the story of us. I especially wanted them to know about you. Without the storyline, you wouldn't have found me, my queen."

The pharaoh had known that he would meet you again. This was because of Isis. She had told him about her vision from the millennium necklace, way before you even met.

She did not reveal your name, but she did reveal that the king would continuously meet with his lover, until the end of time. The moment the pharaoh had laid his eyes on you, he knew you were the one.

You thought back to how lonely you had felt as of recently. In your early teen years, you had dated a few times, but, nothing was enough to satisfy the ache in your heart. Each time ended in a terrible heartbreak. You felt deserted, isolating yourself in your own little world with Mana being the only one in it. You prayed to your gods, hoping that they would grant you freedom from the suffering. It felt as if you were missing something. Day by day, sorrow and sadness ate away at your soul. Of course, you never allowed it to affect your life too much but, it was still there. The yearning and longing for someone to love you.

Ever since your memories returned, you realized you had the love of your life. You just didn't know it for some time. Thinking back to all of the misery you had felt, you would go through it again, just for your beloved. A sudden question spewed from your lips before you could even stop it,

"My Pharaoh, did you get lonely from my absence?"

You heard a faint sigh before you felt muscular arms slide themselves around your waist,

"Of course. There was never a time I didn't think of you. For the past five thousand years, I've been sealed within the Millennium puzzle pieces. All I had to comfort me, was the thought of you. Upon meeting Mana, I recollected who she was. She helped me restore the memories we shared, but still, it is was not enough. I do not remember anything else about my life. All I truly remember is you."

The truth was, the pharaoh felt just as lonely as you did, if not, even more. Spending five thousand years in isolation left him miserable. With the very few memories he had of you, he replayed them in his head, wishing he could go back into the moment in which each took place.

You wanted to cross over into the spirit world and meet the pharaoh right then and there. A tear escaped your eye before you felt his hand gently wipe it away,

"Do not cry my dearest one. All that matters is that we are here now"

You couldn't help but release a sob. He had done so much for you, and you don't even remember your husband's name,

"My love, I do not know your name. I left you alone."

The pharaoh looked down. A look of displeasure took over his features. It pained him to see you so upset. He brought his hand up, softly brushing at the streaks that stained your cheeks,

"Calixta you did no such thing. I sealed myself in those pieces to protect the world. That was my decision. Every moment single moment of sorrow I endured, that was my decision. It is not your fault."

You held a hand up, feeling the air around before he gently grasped it,

"I will get you back my king. I promise"

"I know u will, my darling"

Although you could not see it, the pharaoh gazed at you with adoration. You were a courageous woman in your past life, and you still were.

He realized, he'd trap himself again, just for your sake.
