Soobin

Dad came back with the heart (thankfuly) and at that moment, they did the operation.

Its been hours since they started it and everyone is starting to feel nervous and troubled. Especially when a nurse came in running with some hospital aparatus on hand.

"What's taking them so long?" Kai said as he sat on the chair.

"Honey, be still, the doctors are doing their best for him . . let's wait" his mom said as she pat his back.

"Bin-ah " I look at my right as Yeonjun gave me a bottle of water. "Calm down" he said as I drank from the bottle as he gave one to Kai and his parents as well. Beomgyu is sitted beside Kai as the latter held his hands tightly.

(few more hours later)

The doctor came out as he removed his surgical mask.

"The operation went well now we're waiting for his body to not reject the organ and then he will wake up any day" he said and all of us released a huge sigh in relief.

"Soobin-ssi? Where is your dad? I want to thank him" Kai's dad said with a smile as I shook my head not knowing where my dad went.

"hey Junie hyung, have you seen dad?" I asked Yeonjun and he point towards the exit.

"he went out to answer his phone" he said as I thank him before following his direction and indeed I saw my dad talking to someone on the other line.

I walk towards him to call him but not before I heard something.

". . no, let's meet. I don't think my son will appreciate it if you suddenly pop out of the blue"

His conversation seem serious so I didnt bother to interrupt. I guess he will come in after.

I am about to leave when I heard something that made me stop.

". . yes he is Soobin"

I look back and my dad hung up the phone with a bothered face and I can see the unshed tears in his eyes. He breathes loudly before composing himself and climbing into the elevator.

Did I hear and see it right?

Taehyun

As I follow the man, we came across an arc that looks so enchanting.

"Come on in. Its time" he said and as I am about to take a step forward, a voice stoped me.

"Wait you can't go!" I look back and saw a guy, a young boy that looks like Yeonjun hyung's age running towards us.

"You can't go yet. I sacrificed for your sake." The man said and the other man laughed

"So you're taking his place?" he asked the new arrival.

"I will. I would have died anyway due to brain tumor. But before I go may I speak with the boy?" the new man asked to which he is nodded at.

He approached me.

"Taehyun ssi, I left the world and you are about to wake up. I left my family hurt down on Earth. If you have a chance to meet them though I know it's impossible, please take care of my sister. She's the most precious baby in my life and I can't take the fact that she will grow up alone. Will you?"

I was shocked that I nodded and that's when he vanished into thin air and I start to vanish myself.

Kai

We all start to be anxious as we wait for Taehyun to wake up.

A few more hours later, Soobin left with his dad and Yeonjun hyung to grab some food and a change of clothes for Beomgyu. My dad is beside Taehyun's bed all this time with my mom sitted beside him.
