I stared at the bottle of eye-liner I held in my hand.

I felt like the walls of the restroom closed on me, I've never thought about putting on makeup, but here I was, holding that stupid bottle in my hand.

It cost eight dollars. And it was fucking tiny.

I sighed, opening the bottle and taking out the lid, playing around with the ink with the brush for a few seconds before sitting on the bathroom counter, close to the mirror and trying my damn best to make it look okay.

I did it. I look like a cat.

"Taehyung, hurry up~" Jungkook cooed from outside the door. I hummed, closing the bottle of ink I was sure I would only use once.

I mean, it doesn't look too bad.

Maybe I'll wear it more often.

I opened the door, seeing Jungkook, who was leaning on the wall, fully dressed.

"Do I look good?" I asked, nervous. Jungkook replaced a strand on my forehead and pecked my lips. "Of course."

We laced our hands together and walked out. The hotel halls were filled with a few more people from our school, also formally dressed.

Jungkook waved at a few people he knew, and I simply looked down. "Rosé!" he shouted, making me wince. A girl turned around, and I recognized her as another one of his friends. I don't remember if they dated or not, I mean, Jungkook has already dated half of the girls his grade, so I wouldn't be surprised. I'm the first boy though. So that's... great, I guess.

"Oh, hey!" She waved back. "How have you been?" she asked, a wide grin on her face. "I've been good. By the way, Taehyung, Roseanne, Roseanne, Taehyung."

She smiled at me and I smiled back, nervous. "He's my boyfriend."

"Ah, You guys look cute together~" she cooed. Jungkook laughed and I blushed. "I should get going, I need to call my dad."

"Alright, see you!" Jungkook waved at her as she left, smiling at us.

As we walked out, I saw a short figure leaning against the gate, on their phone. "It's Yoongi," I muttered to Jungkook.

"Yoongi!" he screamed, making me wince once again. The elder turned around, and I saw his silver white hair. He was dressed in a white suit, who somehow matched his milky white skin.

"Come on," the older coldly said. We all walked back inside, seeing the red carpet set and following it, walking into a ball room. "Shit, that's fucking lit."

The room was packed with many other students. "The security really is shit, dude, Yoongi just walked in and he graduated college five years ago," Jungkook chuckled. Yoongi ruffled his hair.

"I'll go to the bathroom," Yoongi said, and I swore I saw him wink at Jungkook. Jungkook looked at him, then nodded. "Oh, right. Yeah."

Yoongi left for a few seconds.

Minutes.

30 minutes later, the music had already started, and people were rushing to the dance floor. It felt like a real prom.

Well, it was a real prom, but-

Suddenly a slow came on, and I sighed, seeing as everyone dragged their partners on the dance floor. I felt a hand grab mine and pull me towards the area. I turned around and saw Jungkook. I warmly smiled at him, seeing him smile back as he wrapped his arm around my waist, putting the other one on my shoulder.

I've never danced with anyone, ever. It was amazing.

Although the room was dark, I could see his flushed face lean in for a kiss. His embrace was different than normally, in a good way. His kiss was calm, and I felt like I was flying.

I still don't understand why on moments like this, I always have Jimin on my mind.

I'm happy with Jungkook, but I'm happier with Jimin.

The slow ended and Jungkook kissed my hand, making me look down and smile.

"I'll go see if Yoongi is still there. Stay here, alright?" I nodded, realizing Yoongi really didn't come back. I watched as Jungkook left the room.

I've always asked myself why everyone lashed out at me for... well... being gay, but nobody did anything to Jungkook when he came out?

The answer? He's pretty much the leader of the school.

But I can't thank him enough for stopping the atrocities people did to me, and being so nice. I'm wondering if he's hiding his real side from me, or if he's showing his real side.

Fifteen minutes passed, and I hanged around the buffet table, dipping a strawberry in chocolate every few minutes.

I groaned and plopped another fruit in my mouth, walking out of the lobby and towards the men's bathrooms.

As my footsteps filled the empty hallways, I got closer to the restrooms.

Nothing could have prepared me for what I saw.
