Chapter 9-Just friends

Louis's POV

Well shit..Today's Saturday and its almost time to meet Lila. I cant believe this. Im about to date a person I dont know. And get Married after like 5 months..
A maid walked into his room
"Sir, Lady Lila and her Mother is here"
"Im coming.." Im not ready for this..I should've ran away when I had the chance

I went down stairs to my front yard. I saw a girl and her mother in front of the fountain
"Lila, this is my son Louis" my father told the girl and her mother
"Its a pleasure to meet you" I said to the girl with a fake smile. the girl who I greeted I presume is Lila
"Its nice to meet you Louis.." she said "Im Lila"
"You two are going to be a good couple" A lady said. "Im Lily, the mother of Lila"
"You two will be going on a date to the fair" My father told us
"Yes father." I told him. But then I remembered

Oh shit they're going yo the fair too..This is gonna be awkward
"Louis you okay?" Lila looked at me
"Oh yeah..Im fine" I said while smiling
"Well we have to get ready for our date I guess"
"Okay.."

About an hour or two later

We arrived at the fair, it was 4pm and we just got our tickets. Thank goodness our parents didnt come. I wouldn't be able to take a break. But of course I had to hold a girl's hand I didnt even know

Clementine's POV

"Hey Lee can you drive me and AJ to the fair?" I asked Lee
"Sure sweetpea"
He drove us and gave us some money
We came down from the car
"Heya Clem!" Brody waved at me
"Glad you couod make it" Marlon said with a smile
"I wouldnt miss hanging out with my new friends!" I said with a smile.
"Come on lets just go in already!" Violet dashed in
"She loves fairs.." Minnie whispered to me
I giggled and we went inside

"Lets go on groups" Sophie suggested
"Mitch,Omar,And Aasim. Me,Minnie,and vi.
Marlon,Tenn and brody
And Ruby,AJ and Clem"

Everyone went their own ways

"Can we eat first?" AJ said
"Yeah I agree. I wanna eat somethin' sweet" Ruby agreed with AJ
"Sure!" We went to a cotton candy stand where we saw Mitch,Aasim and Omar nomming on Cotton candy
We all laughed
"What? Cotton candy is delicious!" Aasim said while finsihing up his cotton candy "also! I win!"
"No fair you have a huge mouth! You could eat it in one chomp!" Mitch argued
"Lets go again then" Omar said
Both groups went to buy cotton candy
Clem gave the cashier the money
Then she heard a familiar voice saying
"Oh shit!"
Clem looked around and just shrugged

Louis's POV

Whew...Thank goodness Clem didnt see me.
"You alright Louis?"
"Yeah im fine" I looked and saw Clem was gone
"Im gonna need to be more careful" I thought to myself

Clementine's POV

In the last one hour we've went on 3 rides. Bumber cars,swinging pirate ship,and this tower thing that goes up and down.

We went over to some minigames and saw Brody,Tenn,Marlon,Vi,Minnie and Sophie

"Its so cute!" Brody squealed
"I know right!" Tenn hugged his new stuffed cat
"Ours is way cooler!" Minnie,Vi and sophie all hugged a giant panda
"Well well whats going on here?" Ruby asked
"Marlon just won us some stuffed cats from this ring toss!" Tenn said
"Same with Minnie" sophie said
"Let me tell you it wasnt easy" Marlon sighed
"You can say that again" minnie wiped sweat off her face
"Clem can we try?" AJ said excitedly
"Sure thing goofball" i said

We all both 5 rings for 2 dollars
Me and Ruby lost but for some reason AJ got the best prize in the stand. It was a giant dragon stuffy
"How in the world did you win that?" Ruby gasped
"Im good at ring toss!" AJ smiled
"Holy shit!" Marlon said "that kid's got some stuff"

We went to loads of booths, rides, and tried food. It took about 3 hours and we got AJ's dragon stuffy,Ruby's giant bear and my donut pillow

We all met up at the rollercoaster

Marlon,Tenn and Brody came last. And holy shit..Brody and Marlon we're holding hands! "Something happened at that ferris wheel" we all laughed
We went on the rollercoaster. Though AJ and Tenn had to stay behind as they were too young. Sophie stayed behind cuz she hated rollercoasters

Louis's POV

So its been pretty good date..I guess.. we got to know each other better. We've just become friends though. Not anything more

Our car arrived and took us home. It waa a good first "date" But i can tell these 5 months are gonna be a pain

Clementine's POV

We just finished the rollercoaster and Minnie threw up a few minutes after
"Well I guess thats the end of tonight" Marlon said
"Its already 9pm" Mitch said "It was fun while it lasted"
"No wait!" Sophie yelled
Everyone looked at her
"We haven't gone to the haunted house yet!"
Everyone looked at each other and said at the same time "Lets go!"
We all went inside. With a few other people. Of course the group decided to split up. I was alone since Tenn and AJ went together.

But then I got spooked and accidentally ran into someone..

"Oh shoot! Im sorry I-"I stopped when I saw who it was

Gabe..My old crush who rejected me..
