Hydra. That's who they where and what they wanted was beyond evil. Everything that Peggy and the Colonel informed them of only gave Amber chills, these people were the worst of all mankind. Not allowing Steve and Amber to go into the field, Colonel Phillips gave them a different assignment...

"Are you kidding me?" Amber growled out as she looked at herself in the mirror. "I look like a pick me up girl" Amber groaned as she tried to cover herself with more of the fabric but it wasn't working, "At least you're not wearing tights" Steve said from behind her, Amber almost burst out laughing seeing her brother in spandex. "At least you're covered" Amber retorted as she turned back to the mirror, "You guys are on in five!" their manager shouted, taking a deep breath Amber and Steve rushed out on stage to begin their propaganda performance.

The two siblings had done over two hundred performances, they had earned the reputation of Captain America and Lieutenant America, Brother and Sister America and even Mr and Miss America. They were famous and well liked, comic books had been created in their name, but through all of this, the two siblings felt like performing monkey's rather than actual soldiers.

Back at base, the two siblings were scheduled to perform for the soldiers still here but they weren't as energetic as their usual crowds. They didn't want to hear from Captain and Lieutenant America, they wanted to see the girls dance. Eventually it had begun to rain, Amber had left Steve alone giving him some space but when she had finally come to comfort him, but she saw that Peggy had beat her to it. "Mind if I join?" Amber asked as the rain soaked her from head to toe, Peggy didn't say anything as she pulled her under the pavilion her and Steve were sitting under. "Are you doing okay?" Amber asked her brother, "As well as I can be, I just want to do more" Steve sighed, before Amber could respond the medical alarms went off as men shouted, carrying more bodies than they could count. "These men have been through hell" Peggy spoke up, "Schmidt sent out a force to Azzano. Two hundred men went up against him and less than fifty returned." Peggy sighed, "Your audience contained what was left of the 107th" that caused Steve and Amber to snap their heads up. "The 107th? I didn't know they were back!" Amber panicked, she didn't see Bucky anywhere on the base. Steve stood up and grabbed his sister's hand running them through the rain and to the Colonel's tent, Peggy hot on their heels. "Sir!" Steve shouted gaining the Colonel's attention, "I need you to give me a name from those returning from the 107th. A James Buchanan Barnes" Steve ordered, "You have no authority to give me that order" the Colonel snapped, "Please sir we just need to know if he's alive" Amber pleaded, "The name does sound familiar" Colonel Phillips sighed, Amber choked back a sob, "Now don't you have somewhere to be?" the Colonel asked, "Yes sir we do"
