Or was it all a lie

Or was I just another one
What happened to forever
Am I really nothing to you
Just a one-time thing is that love to you
Now my heart is broken and torn apart
I try to move on but fail every attempt
My friends tell me follow your heart
But how to follow a heart that is in a million pieces
All thanks to you I now struggle
I no longer smile or laugh I only cry
I suffer from sleepless nights and teary eyes
My happiness all gone nothing left
A fool I was to trust you with my heart
Never again will I fall in love for the pain it caused me is too much
I was weak now I'm broken lost inside life with scars so open
Thinking back to when fell for you how pathetic was I
Believing love is true and not a lie
Dumb indeed I was, no more pain I can take
You called me strong and brave you said I was yours you lied and lied
And now I'm left broken apart and dead inside
