End's pov
"Tarturus! Come here please!" I call from my throne room. I look around at it boredly.
The walls were blood red. The floor is black with a red pathway down it. The red carpet as those descusting mortals call it. Why does my brother care for them so? They don't bow down to him, they've come up with some new god, God as they call him. Very creative, these mortals. (Sarcasm.)
Tarturus walks into the room and bows his head. "Yes, Uncle?"
"Bring Medusa, I want to congradulate her." I say emotionless.
He nods. "Yes, Uncle." Then he leaves.
A few moments later, Medusa walks in slowly, glancing around. Her blue eyes land on me. I can feel her weak power barely brushing over me, but has no effect.
"Congradulations on ridding us of those wretched twins." I say.
"S- yes, Lord." She bows her head.
"Maybe you can help get rid of their team too, not that I'm worried about them. It would just be a help to have them out of the way." I continue.
"Yes, M'Lord. Is that all?" She asks tentivly.
"Yes, now leave."
She quickly leaves. I roll my eyes. Even their monsters are pathetic!
Annabeth's pov
I sit down beside Angel and Hunteress, Bianca and Zoë.
My hood was down as I gaze at the campers that come in. All of their eyes dart to us at one point or another.
Chiron looks at us. "Apearently we have a new quest..."
I repeat the prophecy. "Six from the dead and the quest of old... well, obviously the dead is us." I gesture to my team. "Quest of old? Could she be talking about members from the Seven?" I ask slowly.
"Maybe..." Chiron says slowly. "Annabeth, three people will come from your team while the other's stay to help protect camp. Who will go?"
"I am..." Then I look at my team.
"I'll stay." Charles and Selina say at the same time.
I look to the others. "Thou may do what thou likes with thy." Zoë says.
I look back at Bianca. I know Nico is going to stay. I look back over at Zoë then at Chiron. "It's settled. Zoë, Bianca, and I will go. I'm going to guess that the quest of old is the Seven, given it's been around for thousands of years, we have Gaia to face, and that the quest was five years ago."
A god flashes in, startling all of us.
"Father." Bianca and Nico say quietly, not loud enough for Hades to hear.
"Lord Hades. What brings you here?" Chiron asks respectfully.
"Bianca is not going on the quest." He says quietly. He looks somewhat happy to see his kids alive and well.
"Why not father?" Bianca asks. Hades looks at his daughter.
"Because fate has said."
"Then may I ask who will go?" I ask.
His stoney gaze falls on me. "Another child of the Underworld." He says simply, but he doesn't seem to like it.
"Me?" Hazel asks.
"No. Emily." He say, then disappears.
My eyes widen. Does he mean the Emily that came with Percy when he saved Alex?
"Bianca, go get Emily, please." I say quietly. The daughter of Hades nods, then leaves quickly.
