Alex's pov
I pull Percy outside.
"We need to visit Mom. She deserves that much at least." I say sternly.
"Yeah... come on." He opens a small portal and I step through. He follows me and the portal disappears.
I pull my sleeves down over my arms, hiding my scars. I move my hair around a bit until you don't really notice the word Freak on my forehead.
We glance at each other and pull our hoods up together, then walk up the stairs towards Mom's apartment.
I am nervous.
No, I'm more than nervous.
I'm a little scared.
Would she remember us?
How would she react? With open arms or pushing us away?
We had been gone for six very long years...
Percy knocks on the door.
Paul opens it. He looks at us confused. Oh right, the hoods.
"Who are you?"
"Alpha and Omega, Commanders of Chaos's Army. We wanted to know about your missing children. Is it alright if we may come in?" I say.
He looks at us curiously, but nods nevertheless.
Paul steps back and we walk in. "Sit down, please. I'll, um, go get Salley."
He left.
I mind link my brother.
This is so strange.... Coming here as another person.
Yeah it is. Here they come. Percy severes the connection."Who are you?" Mom asks. She has dark circles and bags under her eyes and worry lines have lightly shown up. More grey streaks down her brown hair and her eyes are irritated like she had been crying.
"I am Alpha and this is my brother Omega. We are the Commanders of Chaos's Army." I say formally.
"Why are you here?" She asks, sitting heavily in an armchair.
"We have information regarding your children, Mrs. Jackson. Alexandria and Perseus Jackson, correct?" I say.
Mom sits up straighter and hope light her eyes up. "Please, where are they? Are they okay?"
"They are fine and they have joined the Chaos Army. They wished for us to send this message to you." Percy says.
We glance at each other and give a slight nod.
"We've missed you, Mom." We say together as we pull our hoods down.
Mom's eyes widen.
"Alex? Percy?" She whispers.
We smile to her as she slowly walks forward. Once she was postive who we were, she rushed forward and squeezed the life out of us.
"Gods, Percy, Alex! Where have you been!?" She asks.
She pulls away and moves my hair away from my face, smiling. Her smile fades slowly as her eyes land on the silver scar on my forehead. "What happened to you?"
I sigh heavily and look away. "End." I say with a bitter tone. "I'm sure Dad told you about End trying to take over the world..." I trail off and see her look of confusion. "Might as well sit down. This'll be a long story..."
After everyone was seated, I began to tell what had happened starting from where we decided to leave in the first place...
A/N There you go!
Now I must calm my angry grandmother, she doesn't believe I rode the bus home. I usually walk, but the bus took a whole lot longer... well, byezzz! I'll start working on the next chapter as soon as possible!
