||3RD POV||
Quietly, she was doing paperwork in her office at her workplace, meaning that she was in her hero attire. Her office was spacious and had modern yet vintage furniture that she had collected over the years, her table was a long black wooden table she received as a welcoming gift when she became a hero while the rest of the decor was her own. Softly, she sighed as she placed her pen down and stared at the papers in front of her. Files and files of papers were on her table and she slammed her forehead against the table with a tired groan. "That was amusing," A voice noted from across her which caused her body to freeze as they continued, "You're not hurt, are you? I mean, that was a hard hit against the forehead, Athena." She retorted as she lifts her head with an annoyed look on her face, "Hephaestus, why you out all the gods, are you here?"
He was tall and had broad shoulders, his short yet straight hair was the shade of silver and had an undercut while his eyes pale grey. His skin was slightly tanned and his clothes, which were pale blue jeans and a pale shirt with a red jacket, complimented it. Jewelry such as earrings, studs, watches, rings, etc, was on him. Softly, she sighed when he shrugged as he leaned back into his seat. "Aw, come on," He started with a hint of teasing in his tone and he leaned on his knees as his eyes gleamed with amusement when he saw the irritated expression on her face, "Admit that you missed me." Harshly, she started to rub her temple as he started to snicker, her words caused him to pause in his seat as she spoke, "Whatever. How's Asgard doing without me?"
She looked at him with narrowed eyes while taking off her mask and he answered her in a hushed tone as his eyes stared at the table that was filled with papers, "Not so good. Zeus is thinking of creating another Athena since Ares refuses to do work." She rolls her eyes at this news and retorted with a scowl as she crossed her arms over her chest as he looked up at her, "He's so childish. Both Zeus and Ares." He hummed as he silently agreed with her words but stood up from his seat, she watched with a raised brow as he walked around the table towards her. He turned the chair towards him and caged her against it as he stared in her orbs that gleamed over for a second as they widen. "It's so boring there," He stated as he leaned closer to her and in return, she leaned back as her lips were in a thin line as he was an inch away from her face and murmured, "It's not as fun without you there in Asgard."
Before she could say anything, he smiled as he disappeared in small green specks and she was left in silence once again. She shakes her head while grabbing her gas mask, suddenly, the phone rang and she groaned before picking it up, "Grim Reaper speaking. State your business." A chirpy voice greeted her from the other side of the phone and she wanted to disappear into the ground, "Grim Reaper, this is Nezu speaking! I wanted to tell you that we have sent your U.A. staff ID to your hero company and will arrive at any minute!" As if on cue, a knock was heard against the door and she ended the call before placing on her gas mask that covered the lower half of her face. She cleared her throat before stating as she made herself neat, "Come in." Slowly, the door opened and Aito greeted as he walked into her office, "Supervisor, you have a package!"
She thanked him as she took it from him and stared at it for a second, "Ah, thank you, Levin. Now, off to patrol, Wolf is waiting for you." He gulped and hurried out of her office when he saw the dark look in her eyes when she knew that he was about to skip work, again. Once she was left in silence, she opened the package and rolled her eyes when she saw the ID with her basic information was on it. She placed it into her pocket as she got up from her chair, she gathered her equipment before exiting her office with a dark look in her eyes. Interns greeted her with nervous looks as she passed them by in the hallways, her dress fluttered gently as she turned the corridor.
She chose not to get into the elevator and walked down the flight of the stairs, the sound of her heels echoed throughout the area until she got to the ground floor. She greeted the workers who smiled at her and walked out of the building with an annoyed look on her face when she noticed the hidden cameras of reporters. She moved her hair out of her face with a scoff before walking down the sidewalk that was filled with gawking citizens. Minutes passed and she paused in front of the school grounds which she was trapped on again after fifteen years. Successfully without triggering the gates, she entered the grounds and heads towards the practicing grounds that the school had for personal reasons.
She sucked in a deep breath when she saw her practicing ground that she had built for herself, slowly, she entered the arena and took in the area that she missed. There was no roof and the walls were at least taller than the school building and hurriedly, she took off her jacket and tossed it to the ground. Without blinking an eye, she disappeared but the ground had a crater in it as the dust flew everywhere. She was up in the air and her hair was going in every direction as she closed her eyes while descending to the ground with alarming speed. About a few kilometers above the ground, massive charcoal-colored wings sprouted from her shoulder blades and she changed direction with them. Whirlwinds were created from the wingspan of her wings and she decided it was best to loosen them up. She circled the ground with a speed that the naked eyes can't see and the dust that the circling winds gathered went upwards into the air, creating a dust tornado that reached the clouds.
When she had enough of the tornado, she cuts through it like a blade and continued to do this action for hours and hours. Weather conditions were involved with her practicing of whirlwinds and tried out new techniques that she studies for a few weeks, and the best to say, they were all successful. As her heels skids against the ground with her wings at their fullest length, the powerful winds passed her and her hair fluttered along with it. She raised her head and saw the stunned eyes of the staff, who came to check what the racket was about. She folded her wings that dragged across the ground and greeted with cold eyes as she neatened herself, "Greetings." Eraser Head, also known as Aizawa Shota, stated as he narrowed his eyes at her, "Grim, we appreciate a message that you're coming to train."
With a raised brow, she corrected him while picking up her jacket from the ground that was filled with craters, "That was not training, Eraser head, that was only warming up." Silence erupted around everyone who grew wide-eyed at her words and watched how she snapped her fingers and they stood their ground as all the damages to the practicing arena started to change back to its original form. She walked passed them without another word and left them there with stunned expressions. As she walked off the school grounds, she noticed a boy with two-colored hair stare at her with his heterochromia colored eyes. Only for a few seconds, they stared at each other before she looked away as she continued to walk far away from U.A.
He watched how her retreating figure got smaller as she got further away and he hummed with a frown as a memory from the past played in his mind. A woman who had similar features as her held out her hand to him with a smile but her upper face was blurred out as she spoke in her velvety voice, 'Shoto, if you want, I can take you to the lilies.' He shakes his head to get the memory away and heads home. Meanwhile, the female was walking out of the alleyways with civilian clothes and was smoking with her pipe, she sneezed softly and was taken back by it. "Alright then," She muttered and continued to roam the boring city that started to get eliminated by the setting sun.
Time seems to fly for an immortal...
