As he ordered that, they attacked the moving vehicle but they weren't the only ones. Ayato watched from on top of the building and Cerberus disappeared once he found a corpse nearby. He jumped off of the building and the fire that surrounded the truck and the bodies turned the flames black with a hint of red in them. He walked towards the sight and saw how civilians ran for their lives from the site. As he walked towards the burning truck, he took his handguns out and placed the chamber full of bullets. He placed them back into their holsters as he came near the site, he raises a brow under his mask as he heard a voice state, "A bunch of adults got together, and all they stole was a small convenience store register? I think that's weird..."

He raised a hand when he saw that the shadow beasts were eating at the burning flesh, they turn their attention to his approaching figure and disappeared with a piece of flesh in their mouth. He soon stepped through the flames and was met with three figures who stood in front of the burning vehicle. He glared down at them as he spoke with black smoke escaping his mask, "It seems that you guys got to my target before me... What a shame... I was hoping that my lovely darlings could finish their meal." 

The man in the middle had wide eyes once he realized who he is and his voice came out bitter as he muttered, "The bartender from 'Secret Sage Bar,' who goes under the name; άδης." They turn their attention to Overhaul but then snapped their necks at the man who stood in the fire as he spoke, "Oh, it's you... The guy who snatched a kiss from Angel and even had the guts to shove a fifty dollar bill between her breasts." He grabbed his rifle and aimed straight at him as he seethed with deadly venom laced in his voice while glaring with glowing garnet eyes, "Who knew that I would run into you again."

They were about to attack him but Overhaul stops them with a raised hand, Ayato didn't move from his position as the fire died down but, shadow beasts appeared and stood around him like bodyguards as they snap their jaws at them. Suddenly, Overhaul bows deeply while stating, "I deeply apologize for my actions, άδης. I will never repeat the same mistake. I didn't know that she was a lover of yours." Ayato didn't even budge as he glared at the masked man, without mercy, he pulled the trigger and the sound of the bullet being released filled the air, but the bullet only missed Overhaul's face by an inch.

Green liquids escaped the said bullet and Ayato's lips were in a thin line as he spoke while placing the rifle back onto his back, "If that bullet had hit you, you would be dead in a second." Overhaul, and the others around him, watch how the most powerful man heads towards him and once he was close enough, he loomed over him as he continued with glowing garnet eyes, "It contained a poison called 'Botulinum toxin', one of the deadliest poisons to man. It is known to kill a person even it's just a nanogram." 

He leaned back and ripped the skull mask of his face, revealing the large canine smirk on his face as he taunted, "The only way to receive that, is through the black market that I control with the snap of my fingers. So you better watch your back, Leader of Shie Hassaikai, Overhaul." He disappeared into black mist and his taunting laughter filled the eerie quiet street, the shadow beasts then ran off in different directions but most of them were back at the bodies that were in the burned truck. The sound of flesh being torn and ripped from bone filled Overhaul's ears as he watched how the beasts devoured everything that they could find.
