The bright sun light hit my eyes forcing them to open then i quickly blocked the sun. I looked at the time and it was 10:39 A.M.. I walked to my closet and pulled an outfit out.

I went to the bathroom, straightened my hair, brushed my teeth, sprayed some perfum then went to the kitchen to tell my mom i was ready.
"Mom im ready." We walked out to the car and she drove me down to the beach. She dropped me off and gave me $50 for lunch.
"I love you sweety. Be good, if you need anything just call. Love you." She said after i closed the door.
"Ok mom bye." I smiled and waved.
I texted Remington and told him that i was at the beach. I looked around for a tall, pale, vampire looking man with tall black hair. I noticed him walking my way so i quickly looked at my reflection on the phone to make sure i looked good.
"Dont worry, you look fine." I heard him say. I looked up and saw a grin on his face. "So how are you doing?" He asked.
"Good, and you?" I smiled.
"Good." He leaned in hugging me.
"So what do you want to do?" I asked looking around.
"Do you want to walk by the water?" He asked.
"Yea but i think i chose the wrong pair of shoes to wear." I snickered as i looked down at my shoes.
"Oh we can do something else." He said quickly.
"No i can just walk bare foot." I shrugged. I took my shoes off and we walked towards the water.
"Be careful Reina, their might be glass." He warned while looking down at the sand.
"Ok." I looked down.
"So are you still in high school?" He looked up at me.
"You might find this surprising but no. I graduated early." I smiled.
"Oh we've got a smart girl here! Are you in college yet?" He asked.
"Im going to be in college in the beginning of fall." I answered.
"Oh. What college?" He asked.
"Providence Christian College." I put my hands behind my back.
"Oh." He nodded his head. "When will you be leaving me...I MEAN..leaving." He quickly corrected himself.
"The beginning of October." I giggled.
"Oh. I was kind of hoping you could be our merch girl?" He looked up at me with a hopeful look.
"I dont know." I said quietly. "I'll think about it." I said. "Im not sure what i want to be so im going to college to get some idea's of different jobs."
"Ok. I'd like for you to come on tour with us. Yes we only met yesterday but i can tell right away that you're sweet and you're nice. You know the saying "Love at first sight?" Well thats how i feel about this except its friendship at first sight." He chuckled with a blush.
"Love at first sight, huh?" I grinned.
"Yea...friendship." He changed his answer which made me laugh. "Lets get lunch." He chuckled in embarrassment.
"Sure. My mom gave me $50 for lunch so we can get whatever you want." I smiled.
"No I'll pay and we can get whatever you want, please." Remington shook his head.
"Are you sure? I have no problem with paying for my own food." I asked kind of feeling bad.
"Yes. Let me pay, please. It would make me feel better." Remington stopped in his tracks and so did i. I nodded my head accepting his offer.
"Ok great. Let's go to the restraunt across the street." We walked in that direction then Remington picked me up bridal style and ran across the street.
I squealed then giggled as i tucked my face into his neck. He sat me down so that i could put my shoes on. We walked into the restraunt and i tried as hard as i could to hide my blush.
"Table for two please." Remington told the waitress at the front. She lead us to a table and i sat down in front of Remington.
She gave us two cups of tea and some straws. She left us time to choose what we wanted to eat then we ordered.
While we waited for our food i played a game on my phone and tried not to make our silence awkward.
"So Reina." Remington spoke. I looked up from my phone. "Do you got any lovers?" He asked with a grin.
"N-no not at the moment, do you?" I asked him.
"No, but i like this girl and i think she likes me back so i might have a girl soon." He smiled and opened his straw. A frown came onto my face, i was hoping he liked me but i guess not.
"Oh." I looked back down at my phone.
"So do you have a favorite song?" He asked before taking a sip of his tea.
"No i dont have favorites. I like alot of songs but i dont have favorites." I shrugged.
"Oh." He nodded.
We got our food and then we went back out onto the beach after finishing and continued our walk. We found a place to sit under a small little cliff and we built a cute sand castle. I explained to him that i do that everytime i go to the beach so he helped me.
"That's such a cute castle!" Remington laughed.
"Yea. 13 years of practice." I giggled.
"So what got you into building sand castles?" He asked.
"My brother and i use to build sand castles as kids and he died when i was 3 years old from a sickness. How do i remember that? Because i was there in the hospital when he died and we had a close relationship. He was older than me by 2 years" I stood up and walked to the water. Remington followed me and put his arm around me.
"Im sorry Reina. I didn't mean to bring up something sad." Remington said quietly.
"No. These are happy thoughts, happy thoughts of him and i running in the sand and building these castles. I always feel him around while i do it." I sighed as i looked at the sunset.
Remington turned me towards him and looked into my eyes. We stayed silent for a few seconds then he pulled me in and kissed my forehead.
"Everything will be alright. He IS with you when you build these castles and i bet he wants to see you happy while he is here with you." He pulled back and then hugged me.
I smiled then hugged him back. He grabbed my hand and we started walking.
"Come on, lets get you home." He smiled. "I'll give you a ride sweety." He added. I nodded my head then we got into his car.
I gave him directions to my house and when we arrived he walked me to my front door. My mom wasn't home and neither was my dad so i let him in for alittle bit.
