Ch. 49: Lost In Thought.

*Reina's dream*

I turned and reached to the side of the bed only to find it being empty. I tiredly rubbed my eyes and looked over to the bathroom.

"Babe." I called to the bathroom.

"Yes?" He walked out.

"Cuddles." I said cutely and a bit lazy.

"Aww does my baby want cuddles?" He walked towards me and laid next to me to hold me.

"Mhm." I hummed. Remington always smelt good. The smell of his conditioner, body wash, and cologne filled my nose and lungs.

"I love you." He whispered and kissed my shoulder.

"I love you too." I mumbled with a smile.

*End of Reina's dream*

I woke up and smiled. I opened my eyes and realised where i was, making my smile disappeared and formed into a frown. I sat up and sighed. A tear rolled down my cheek as i cupped my face in my hands.

"Why do i keep thinking of him now!? I thought i was over it. FUCK!" I thought to myself.

I stood up and paced around for a few minutes. I wiped my tears away before picking my phone up and going to Remington's blocked contact. I started crying again and put the phone down. I heard a knock on the door.

"Reina? You up?" I heard Krystal say. I sniffled and quickly cleared my face and throat before replying.

"Yes." I walked to the door and grabbed the handle. Before opening it though i took a sigh to release the sadness. I opened the door and smiled.

"Good morning. I was just wondering if you'd like to join us for a family breakfast. We are going to your favorite place!" She smiled.

"Umm actually im not feeling too well so i think I'll just stay home." I sighed and frowned.

"Oh no! Do you need medicine?" She asked.

"No i think i can get over it myself but i don't think i should eat right now. Im just going to lay down for a bit." I sighed.

"Ok we should be back in a few. If anything happens then just give us a call." She gave me a hug.

"You got it." I said.

"Ok get some rest my love." She walked me to the bed then closed the door on her way out. Not even 5 minutes later and Josh walks in.

"I heard you weren't feeling well." He walked over to me and sat down.

"No not really." I said.

"You don't feel warm." He said as he placed a hand on my forehead.

"I don't know, my head and stomach just hurts." I sighed.

"We both know that's a lie. I know you better than you know yourself Reina. Something is up. Please tell me, i care about it." He said. I looked away for a second.
