(5) Bitch in uniform?

So I'm currently walking to the school office with Nick (Nicholas) by my side talking about how he hopes we have classes together and if not he can change it because he's the Alpha.

To be honest I thought it was a little bit mean that he does that just because he's alpha. I mean just because your title is the most respected doesn't mean everything should go your way.

Well back to what I was saying.

We were walking to the office when Nick claimed to have forgotten something he needed to give to the office ladies, but promised to come with me to my first class of the day. He told me where the office was and went to his locker.

I was almost outside the office when a pretty girl with long blonde hair with copper highlights tied in a high ponytail with a red, yellow and white cheerleader outfit on came (out of nowhere I might add) and slapped my face. I stumbled back in shock from the slap, and as I was regaining my composure she slapped me again on the other side of my face.

I was actually kind of pissed off now. Just as I was about to punch her she said something that made my heart shatter into one million tiny, little, individual pieces.

"He may seem all perfect now but you're just another one of his sluts, he is MINE!!!!! I am mean't to be Luna. I am his mate!! So you need to back off before I do something worse to that ugly little face of yours!!!"

I can't believe him. He didn't even wait for me. But before I accept that as the truth, I am going to ask him what I really going on, but before that I was going to retaliate with an amazing (or not so amazing) comeback. Something that will get her really pissed off.

"I'm sorry but, you are you?"

She looked strangely calm when I said that but I knew, oh I knew that it was just to cover her real emotions that were about to come through in about...

I was laughing like a frikin' hyena at that because it was true she had no butt, no boobs and WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much makeup. Then, if you looked up "ugly" in the dictionary, her personality would be there. In the ugliest font ever I might add.

Oh boy was she mad. If I looked hard enough I could probably see steam coming out of her ears. It was obvious she wasn't used to people speaking back to her. She was the type of person that bullied everyone to get popularity and respect. This was the type of person I hated, and I mean hated with a burning passion straight from the pits of hell.

Just as she was about to explode the bell went of signaling school had officially started for the day. I smiled at her and just walked away to the office to get my schedule.

I walked into the office and said

"Hi I'm Kaitlyn O'Neal I'm here to get my schedule. I'm new"

She looked me up and down like she was expecting more. She then turned around and got something out of a filing cabinet and past it to me. In my hand I now had my schedule that read...

8:30am: Math

9:30am: Biology

10:30am: Art

11:30pm: English

12:30pm: Lunch

1:00pm: History

2:00pm: Gym

All I could think is why they would make us do math so early in the morning. I thanked the lady at the desk and walked straight on out of there. As I walked I saw Nick running towards me. When he reached where I was standing he pulled me into a bear hug, inhaled the smell of my hair and let out a sigh of relief.

"Thank god you're ok, I'll never let anything happen to you. Ever"

"Hey I'm ok, but may I ask what happened?"

"I'm assuming you know what rouges are. Am I right?"

"Sort of..."

"Oh well they are werewolves that have either been banished from their packs, have run away because either their mates reject them or have died and then there are ones that were born into it"

"Ok got it, please continue..."

"Well there was a rouge attack on the South'East border near where the park is. All the she-wolves go there with theirs pups and unborn children, while the fathers are patrolling and doing pack work"

I gasped at this, hoping that all of those women and children were fine.

"Why are you here then? Go help your pack member's!"

"My dad the current Alpha is handling it"

"Oh, I thought you were the current Alpha. When do you become the Alpha?"

"When I turn eighteen, so in about a month. Why?"

"Because I really want to know how long I've got to prepare myself to become Luna"

He chuckled when and we started to walk to class. Hang on how did he know what class I had????

"I checked when I hugged you"

Did I say that out loud?!

"Yes you did Kate"

I shivered when he said my name. It just sounded so good rolling of his tongue. Did he see all my classes or just a few? Who was in my class? Would it be Ruby? Oh my gods I hope she's not in any of my classes. Before I could finish asking myself questions, Nick started telling me that the only class we didn't have together was gym.

When we were outside the classroom was when I started to panic a little bit. What if no-one liked me? What if I embarrassed myself? What if-

"You'll be fine Kate I'll make sure of it"

"Thanks Nick I appreciate it"

"Your very welcome Kittycat"

"Kittycat?"

"I thought it was cute"

"Oh ok. Shall we go into class?"

"We probably should, shouldn't we?"

"Yes we should Nickybear"

"Nickybear?"

"I thought it was cute"

And with that we walked into the now daunting classroom...

Hey guys thought I would take some time out of my weekend to update, since everyone else is outside socializing. It's a long weekend so I get Friday and Monday off school. Also this weekend my Aunty Gaynor and my Mema (my grandma) came down from Auckland to spend some time with us. So I haven't really had much time to update.

I also want to thank you all for getting me to just about 1/3 of 1000. It's absolutely crazy. So thank you everyone who is actually reading this book.
