[1 week later]
~Rachel's P.o.v~
I was sitting on the couch watching batman while daddy was making grilled cheese when the door bell ringed.
"Boo bear will you get that it should be jinxx" daddy asks
"JINXX!!!" I scream and run to the door and open it.. that's defiantly not Jinxx it's..
"Mommy?"
"Baby!" she screams and reaches to hug me but jump away.
"Sweetie? what's wrong didn't you miss me?" she says with tears in her eyes
"NO! you left me! I thought you loved me!" I scream tears pouring down my face and daddy runs over hearing me yell. he looks at my mommy in pure shock.
"Andrew can I talk to you?"
"What's there to talk about" my daddy says coldly and she gives him a pleading look.
" Boo bear go play in your room daddy will be right up" he say and I nod and go to my room.
~ Andy's P.o.v~
"What do you want" I hiss
"Andy I want my daughter back"
" OUR daughter and no it's too late I'm not letting her go, did you really think I would let you have her back!" I say beyond pissed
"Andrew she's my daughter! I raised her for 5 years!" She says
" Yeah!! because you didn't tell me about her! you just got up and left me not even caring to tell me we had a kid it's bullshit Kim!!!!"
" WE WERE TOGETHER FOR 3 MONTHS HOW WAS I SUPPOSE TO TELL YOU 2 OF THOSE MONTHS YOU WERE TO BUSY WITH YOUR BAND, WOULD YOU HAVE REALLY EVEN WANTED HER" she says
"Of course I would I love her with all my heart! you think you can just come in and take her from me!" I reply
" What are you going to do when you go on tour huh! you can't take a 5 year old on tour" she says.... well hell I didn't think of that
"I can do whatever the hell I want!- "Andy think of her safety" she says cutting me off
"Get out" I say
"Fine! but this isn't over I will win custody over her" she says and leaves, I sigh and fall back onto the couch .
"Daddy" I hear my angel whisper and climb and lay down on top of me.
"Yes boo bear?" I ask and she says "is mommy gonna take me away from you?"
"I hope not but I'll fight till my last breath to keep you I promise"
"I love you daddy"
"I love you too Rachel"
