Luke
I watched as Kenny joined down by the fire, with AJ.
"Hey." Bonnie said, as Clementine walked over to Jane in the distance.
"Hi." Kenny rocked AJ.
"He's cute." Bonnie said, as AJ whined a little.
"Yeah. Looks like Alvin." Nick said. "Mind you...I personally thought it was his."
"It's a shame she got into that position." Bonnie sighed. "But...we're here now. It took a while, but we're here."
"Yeah." Mike said.
I lean against the wall, and looked over to see Jane still speaking to Clementine.
"When we get to that house, I'm taking the longest sleep." Mike said, and sighed. "I haven't one of those since I was at Howe's. Even then, it was freezing."
"I still can't believe we got dragged into that." Kenny said. I sighed. I know it was partly our fault that Sarita and Kenny ended up with us. "I'm..I'm not blaming anyone. I was reunited with Clementine. And that was worth it."
"In a world like this, She really is  innocent..." Mike said, his voice trailing over when we saw Clementine over with Jane, where she had just took a sip of the rum, and coughed it up.
"I guess not so innocent." I chuckled, and Kenny looked back at the fire.
"I'm just saying, that isn't the first time she's had a drink." Nick said. I felt a sense that there was a story behind that sentence.
Jane walked over, followed by Clementine, and sat down by the fire.
"It's...nice to hear people laughing." Clementine smiled.
"Yeah, it is..." Kenny said.
"You just spend so much time trying to stay alive, you forget about living." I said.
"Yeah. We need to make more time for that." Bonnie said.
"Alcohol helps." I said, and grinned.
"Yup." Nick mutters. He hasn't really been talking. I guess the whole 'Jane' conversation, and of course Mike and Bonnie bringing us into the equation made things weird.
"Hell yeah it does." Bonnie said. Clementine looked to her left, and we heard Arvo crying.
"Let me get that bottle. We got someone else who might need that help." Mike said, getting up from his spot. Clem handed the bottle to Mike.
"Sounds like a waste of good rum." Kenny said.
"He lost his sister today..." Bonnie said.
"And who's fault was that?" Kenny asked.
"That makes it even harder to deal with, trust me." Jane said.
"Kenny, please...don't let it ruin a nice night." Clementine warned.
Kenny looked away. "I said much piece."
Mike walked in the other direction.
"I don't think that boy is a bad person. I just think good people do bad things sometimes...and they do it a lot more nowadays with the world being the way it is. So...I think it's best to just..." Bonnie was cut of by Arvo.
"LEAVE ME ALONE!" He yelled. Kenny stood up.
"I'm sorry, okay? I shouldn't have..." Mike started.
"LEAVE ME..ALONE!!" He yelled again, and I heard him start to sob harder.
"It's okay...it's okay...she's in a better place.." Mike said. Arvo kept crying, and speaking in Russian. "It's okay...it's okay."
"Maybe it's best if we get some rest. Who knows how long we have to walk tomorrow." Bonnie suggested.
"Yeah...that's a good idea." Jane said. Kenny started to walk away.
"I'll take first watch." He said.
"Thank you, Kenny. Really." Bonnie said.
"I...don't mention it." Kenny said, and walked around the corner.
"You did good. It was nice while it lasted." Bonnie said.

Nick
I lay on my side, my back away from the fire, which was dying through the night, to the point where the only thing there was were flecks of ember flames in the wood. Clementine was asleep against the wall, near where Luke and Bonnie were. In fact, everyone was asleep. I sighed, and sat up. Luke opened his eyes.
"Of course you're awake." I say.
"Couldnt sleep. If I'm honest, maybe taking a few swings of rum didn't help." Luke said.
"Heh. Yeah." I said. Luke rubbed his eyes, before patting on the spot next to him. I leaned forward, and stood up, making my way toward him. I sat down, and Luke wrapped his arm around me. I smiled to myself as Luke rested his head back on the wall.
"You good?" I asked him.
"Yeah. Yeah, I'm good." Luke answered, and with that, he placed his hand in between my legs. I stiffened, and watched Luke as he pulled me closer. I kissed him, and his fingers tangled with the back of my hair. I leaned down, and rested my head on his stomach. Luke sighed, and I shut my eyes.
