Y/N: POV
Surprisingly, Kazuki was in front of me.
'Of all days I wanted to talk to him, he had to talk to me today??'
I thought to myself trying my best not to talk to him. I turned the other way signing him. He could tell I didn't want to talk to him. By that obviously didn't get into his way.
"Look, if you can, meet me on the school rooftop at the end of the day"
After he said those words, he went back to his seat in front as his friends made their way to talk to him until class started.
All I could think about in class was the words he spoke.
'What does he want to talk to me about? Will it be about the incident from yesterday??'
So many things were going in my mind that I lost track of time when schools ended. Sure I swore to myself not to talk to him anymore but I have to find out what he wanted talk about. He rarely talked to me so I was kinda...maybe...hoping it would be an answer from what I said earlier.
Kazuki wouldn't be stupid enough to get the message I was getting at, right?
I walked up to the school rooftop just as he requested finding a saffron-haired boy sitting by the fenced wall. Seeing him wait for me made my face eager. He was looking at the sky where leaves were floating on air. His expression was a sight I've never seen. The way he looked at the sky was like magic; it felt like a world was a better place when he smiled. I wished time could stop so I would have the chance to cherish this moment.
Slowly I made my way towards him, my feet gradually wobbled of the thought of the things that might happen.
"H-Hey Kazuki!"Kazuki: POV
"H-Hey Kazuki!"
I heard my name called out as I faced from where it was coming from. I knew that shy and timid voice anywhere.
"Oh, hi, Y/N"
Y/N slowly walked towards me and took a seat right next to me. There was a huge gap right in between us, making me feel a bit uneasy. I could tell she was too. Her body was quivering, obviously because of the situation. I can't blame her, I would be scared if I was in her position.
Back in the past, I used to bully her so much, that there was a point that she didn't show any emotions anymore when me and the others are damaging her.
"Y/N.."
I started to call her name as I look straight into her bright F/C eyes.
"YES?!"
She responded quickly as if she was a maid called by her master. It almost made me want to laugh but knew that it wasn't the right time to do that.
"I have a problem with a..."
My voice suddenly went to a whisper at the last part I mentioned. Y/N just looked at me smiling knowing that she didn't hear anything.Y/N: POV
"I'm sorry Kazuki. I don't think I heard the last part."
My body shivered. He couldn't have said what I thought he just said, right? I was trembling, hoping that what I had heard were just illusions that I was just imagining.
"I have a problem with a girl"
My eyes widened and turned the other way while I had to respond to him.
"Oh really?"
"Do I know who this girl is?
Before I turned, I saw what kind of face he was making. Knowing him, when he's thinking about someone he has a habit of covering his face with his long sleeves.
"Yeah, it's Asami Kiirei"
