[17] Everthing Gone Wrong | Part 4

Same Time...

Shouya: POV

Both me and Asami were stuck in the Ferris wheel. I couldn't say it was the best feeling. I did use to have feelings for her before she went out with Kazuki.

'Why do I have a feeling like I haven't given up on her yet?'

We were both sitting there on both benches feeling awkward. There was nothing we wanted to talk about. Asami spoke quickly, she always had a thing for not keeping her mouth shut.

"Do you really like Y/N?"

I kept my composure and allowed myself to look both directions other than Asami's eyes. It took a couple of seconds until I responded.

"That doesn't really matter, right? Mind your own business"

The first time I spoke up to Asami, it was a great accomplishment just by that! A huge smug grin formed widely on my face thinking back.

"Let's see about that. Come over here, I want to prove something"

She moved her hand back and forth, signalling for me to come over. Although she's a 'beautiful young maiden' or is what other say, she can feisty at some moments.

"No. Why should I?"

She began to pout and stomped towards me. She pulled the hem of my sweatshirt towards her and lowered her head down.

"You know the only reason I gave up on you was because you liked Y/N!?"

I watched her tremble and sob.

"What do you—"

That was when it happened her lips met mine. Without hesitation, I quickly pulled away.

"Quit it!?"

I spat out horrible words to her. Her eyes were widened, hurt from what I had just said.

She backed away and went back to her seat. It went on like that with no interaction with each other until we had to get off the ride.

Asami ran fast me without looking back. Kazuki was at the side with apologetic look, but not towards me, but he was staring towards the crowd.  Y/N was nowhere in sight, I'm guessing she told him how she felt.

'What am I going to do now?'
