[13] Uknowing Invitation

'I'm sorry, but this will be before the date I guess. I'll do the real date on the next chapter. I wanted to make this the 'Double Date' but I didn't want it to be super long, so for now, this is all I have. Don't worry, I'll try to update the next one quickly!'

Y/N: POV

「Next Week」

Today was the day I had to ask Kazuki and Asami to a double date. I thought it would be weird at first and now...I still do.

Tomorrow was the start of a beautiful Saturday, and also the day of the date. I had so many chances to ask them last week but the two of them were spending time together every chance they get. Little by little, me and Kazuki drifted apart.
Until today...

I walked towards his desk where Asami went closer to him every chance she get. It's not like I'm jealous of her...or anything, I think.

"Hey, Shimada-san, Asami. How are you two?"

'That's right, I haven't been using Shimada's first name, I felt that we weren't that close anymore for first name callings.

"Mornin' Y/N. We're pretty good, how about you?"

'But I was happy that he still uses mine'

"I'm great! Are you guys doing anything tomorrow?"

"No, for now we don't have any plans. Why?"

"We wanted to invite you guys to a double date"

I smiled, as I clapped my head hands together.

"We?"

I blinked twice, not knowing that he hadn't heard yet. I didn't notice that Kazuki's eyes cringing when he heard what I said.

"I thought you heard. Me and Shouya are dating"

Asami and Kazuki exchanges glances, she was glad while he was bothered.

"Are you now?"

He looked up at me with a raging aura which made me shiver.

"Yeah. Is there a problem?"

"N-no. Sure, we'll—we'll come"

I grinned and told him what time we would meet up. I write my number on a piece of paper I tore from my notebook and handed it to him. Surprisingly I haven't given it to him in the beginning of the year. I then went back to Shouya, telling him the good news!

Kazuki: POV

I stared at Y/N while she practically skipped down to Shouya like a little girl; she was an easy to read girl!

I unconsciously laughed quietly while Asami stared towards Y/N.

"I guess they're both dating now. That's great! Isn't that right, Kazuki-kun?"

"Yeah"

Something about the two of them didn't sit right with me.

"Is there something, Kazuki?"

"No"

The bell rung, meaning it's the end of class.

"Come on, let's get going"

For the start and the end of class, I had a bad mood. Everyone knew why. Y/n was like a little sister to me, if boys or other men touch her, it would put me in a bad mood.

I pulled out the torn-piece of paper she gave me and spaced out in thought.

"A double date? Seriously?"
